Yesterday November 2nd @ 7:55pm I order food and after I ate I got really sick and had to go to the hospital today is November 3rd 2024 3:10pm I called to speak with a manager which was a female and she was very rude all because they didn’t cook my burger all the way through so I’m giving one star if I wasn’t still sick I would have went in person but hulen location trash poor customer service poor service period 0 out of 10 definitely don’t recommend this location

Some of the worst five guys I have ever had in my life! I have been to this location multiple times and the past 2 times I have been the food has been poor quality burger threw together in a rush cheese still cold on a medium warm burger. The wife got a hot dog which was sorry as well. Fry’s were as stiff as a wooden leg paid 50$ for all this food and this is what I get. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here!!!

We ordered a takeout order and they gave it to the wrong person. They then refused to give us a refund or re make the order. Incredibly unhelpful and lazy will not be ordering from this location again
