Fixe is always on our list of places we'd like to visit again. The food is great, the service is excellent, and the location is one of the better areas in which to dine, window shop, or have a cocktail.

Fixe has always been one of my favorite restaurants in Fort Worth, but this visit was a huge disappointment. The food was not good at all. We ordered the crawfish étouffée, which unfortunately tasted more like canned ravioli than a freshly prepared dish. The steak was served well-done despite us requesting medium, and the potatoes had a strange flavor that made them inedible. Even our appetizers fell flat. On top of that, service was lacking—our drinks took an unusually long time to arrive, and our waiter was not attentive throughout the evening. I'm hoping this was just an off night, but the experience was nowhere near the high standard I've come to expect from Fixe.

Best biscuits anywhere. Super service. Devilled eggs and cocktails were great. My salmon was cooked medium when I ordered medium rare but otherwise everything was perfect.

The biscuits were so buttery good! The best! The staff was so nice as we had a small baby shower (3 of us), brought in a small cake and they took such good care of us. Even gave mom a card signed by all staff along with a $20 gift card!! Wow!

We had another lovely brunch at Fixe. Our waitress was Lexie and she made the experience delightful. The biscuits were amazing as usual and the brisket benedict (gluten-free) was delicious. Thank you.

Adam our waiter was amazing! He took great care of us and made some fabulous recommendations. The Cinnamon Roll was abosolutely the tastiest thing ever!

Everything was great. Our server, Chris, was extraordinary, and the food was delicious. We had the deviled eggs, brunch platter, and fried chicken biscuit. All was exceptional, and the service was fast. We can't wait to return.

Horrible food. Fish overcooked. Pimento cheese like plaster. One of my worst meals ever. Will not go back.

We celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary. Such a special touch-the waitress brought us a glass of champagne. The food was great, service and ambiance was wonderful. We recommend this restaurant for a special night out.

Luxury from the moment you walk in the door. Beautifully decorated floor to ceiling. The heavy leather captains chairs whisks you to thoughts of cattle baron’s and country clubs. Service was prompt and professional. Food was artfully presented and absolutely delicious! Treat yourself and try it. We loved it!

The food here is delicious! I love the deviled eggs and they can add any protein to the Caesar salad. Don't skip dessert!! And the service... Cheryl is a beautiful blond angel so knowledgeable about the menu items and attentive, there when you need her and not when you don't. I ate here three times in the week I visited Austin and I'll be back any time I'm in town!

Biscuits and cinnamon rolls are a must try. Eclectic menu items. Great brunch spot with girlfriends. French toast is good, but granola more must nuts than oats.

Unfortunately, just an awful experience and waste of time. The menu was super limited until dinner. Didn't have much to choose from, so we waited over an hour with great anticipation for receiving an amazing dinner, especially since the entire restaurant was mostly empty. In short, the dinner took a while to arrive just to receive fish covered in oil, overcooked, and not hot. The sides never arrived with the dinner. We ended up not eating dinner. Had to leave and eat somewhere else for my Sunday birthday dinner. Manager did take off the food we didn't eat and kindly apologized. We left there disappointed and hungry. I just hope they get a better cook because it was a complete waste of everything. I truly don't like giving negative reviews, but there was no excuse for this level of poor service from the kitchen. Btw, our waiter was very pleasant and understanding.

My visit to Fixe was my first. The hostess sat me in the bar area in deep back lounge chairs. I'm 5'1 so seating for me was awkward and eating more awkward. The chicken sandwich was a huge MISS! Chicken was overcooked......deep fried, really hard deep fried. The menu stated it came with a slaw, I expected the slaw to be served on the side, it was served on the sandwich and the chef that prepared it failed to add the apples that went with the slaw. The chef literally drowned my sandwich with sauce.......... literally. With every bite, I had sauce running and dripping down my hands, on the plate, etc. I ordered the cinnamon roll with decaf coffee. My server forgot all about my coffee and brought it within 5 minutes after I was finished and that was after I asked about it. The best thing about my visit was the cinnamon roll but would have been much better with my coffee. I mentioned my disappointment about the sandwich and my server said maybe the apples are grounded up in the slaw. When I said there were no apples, he said ok I'll mention it to the chef. I left a $3.00 tip which was a generous gift in my opinion. Restaurant had only 7 customers including me so I'm still trying to figure out how my visit was an epic FAIL. As delicious as the cinnamon roll was, I will not be coming back. Frankly I deserve better food and service.
