The food was great! The server tried to keep up with tables and the bar which was to much for one person. Traveling through it was much much slower service than expected especially for $150 for dinner for two.

This was our first time visiting. We went for our anniversary. It was incredible. We ordered the ribeye, the salmon, an extra side of mushrooms, the banana pudding and a couple of drinks. The ribeye was cooked to perfection medium rare and it had so much flavor. The salmon was flaky soft and the skin had a delicious grilled taste. The mushrooms had tasted like nuggets of heaven. We didnt think it could get better but Chloe turned us onto the banana pudding!! The best pudding hands down!! More like a creamy custard! Please try this place out. You will not regret it. The service was so welcoming and they made sure we were happy! Their cocktail maple bourbon something was really really tasty. And my chardonnay was a wonderful pairing recommendation by Teri! A simple menu was just that simply amazing. Thank you for making our night extra special! We will be back, especially for lunch!

The atmosphere was great. The place had a nice eclectic style with a touch of refinement. The service was friendly and spot on. This place is truly a hidden gem. We went out to lunch and we are so glad we stumbled upon this place. The food is amazing. We had their brisket lunch special with broccolini and potato au gratin. The sides were tasty and the brisket was so juicy and tender. It was a MEAN brisket and it came along with a bourbon cream that really put the brisket at a different level of excellence. Tony the owner was also very friendly and even gave us a history of his journey. I totally recommend this place. There is so much competition in this area but for the price and atmosphere Fort Redemption is hard to beat.

I found Fort Redemption to be a delightful spot! It was a win in all areas!
For starters, the service was really good! Our server was very attentive and ensured our water was refilled without having to ask. He recommended the Redemption burger and he was not wrong. That was a delicious burger!
I ordered an egg on top which made it high in protein. I also ordered the potatoes au gratin. Wow! I’m not a huge potato fan, but since the server said they were popular, I gave them a try. Oh-my-gosh! They were cooked to perfection and were so cheesy!
The restaurant itself was clean and simply decorated. There were no huge sound issues, so we could talk and hear one another comfortably! We’ll be back for sure!

I can honestly say this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Fort Worth. The steak was cooked perfectly — hands down the best I’ve ever eaten — and the banana pudding was out of this world. You can tell everything is made with care and top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is relaxed but still feels special, and the service was spot-on — friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back the next night just to try something else on the menu. Fort Redemption has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. Highly recommend!

Great dinner salads, salmon and ribeye all done perfectly and finished with banana pudding. LOVE the casual atmosphere most with high end quality food! Prices are excellent, service attentive. Only downside was high top table seating and would love a poultry dish. We’ll be back!!

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be rescued from the harsh wilderness of mediocre dining, Fort Redemption has you covered.
Chef Troy doesn’t just cook—he stages a full-on flavor ambush. The man could probably grill a shoe and make you ask for seconds. Every dish comes out like it’s been blessed by some secret frontier spirit who knows their way around a spice rack.

Shared a waffle with strawberries that was fresh, light, and quenched the sweet tooth perfectly.

Great food. The brisket special, salmon and tuna tacos were awesome. I personally preferred the bourbon sauce over the red sauce(demi). Trevor had awesome suggestions as well. Ill be going back.
