Most amazing burger!! Condiments on the side , fresh produce, the beef…the flavor. Can’t wait for my next burger 🍔 The owner was awesome! Chloe, our server was wonderful!! I love the specials and will definitely be back! The potatoes au gratin absolutely delicious! Add a little to your burger! Went again today and took my daughter this time! We got the brisket taco special and was so good. Had to get a burger for her to try and both agree best burger ever! Does not need any condiments! Tiramisu was also delicious! Our server was awesome! Love Fort Redemption so far!! Steak next time!

I stopped by Fort Redemption recently, and let’s be clear: this burger is the real deal. It was perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and had the kind of flavor that makes you stop and appreciate the craft. You can tell they actually care about their ingredients and the effort they put on the plate. The reviews are wild. It feels like mostly keyboard warriors who love to talk big behind a screen, but it’s clear they don’t know the first thing about actual quality food. It’s a shame to see people try to drag down a local business when the experience here is this good. If you want a solid meal, ignore the noise and just go eat here. You won't regret it.

This place is a hidden gem! Went there for the first time tonight and the server was fun, the atmosphere was cool and the food was top notch. I got the ribeye and it was phenomenal! It came with a bourbon sauce was unlike anything I had before! So GOOD! Definitely going back and recommending to friends.

I've been probably 8 times. I always get the ahi tacos. Absolutely the best I've ever had perfectly cooked and the slaw is awesome. The brussel sprouts are amazing. The jalapeno Mac and cheese lacks a robust jalapeno flavor barely detect it's presence. But all in all highly recommend. Other notable dish is the salmon

The best thing about this place is the water. If you're choosing to dine at this establishment don't, your better off going down the street to the Marriott and eating their complimentary breakfast. I'm sure you will get better service there as well.

My new favorite restaurant. Dined here twice in the last two days it’s that good (ribeye, burger, brisket). They serve high quality, locally sourced beef that far exceeds anything being dished up elsewhere in the city. Staff and owner are friendly and fun. Top tier neighborhood grille. Highly recommend.
