I have been to Fort redemption with many friends going on 9-10 times now I’ve had nothing but spectacular food and service. If you are a Ridgmar or west side resident you owe it to yourself to try this and support this great new restaurant. We have so few good options that the newest and the best of them. I don’t eat the salmon, but everybody has gotten it with me as enjoyed the beyond imagination. I even liked it. I’ve had the Seabass, the ribeye the tenderloin and I regularly get the rack of lamb . Absolutely spectacular. Must try must support. PG

We were encouraged to go to this restaurant from one of the boutiques on Camp Bowie we shopped at last weekend. We went and had a lovely time, the food was excellent and the service was perfect! This restaurant is next-door to the old Szechuan restaurant right at the corner of Camp Bowie and I 30. I highly recommend you give it a try, we will be going back soon!

The limited menu ensures every dish is done right, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve come to Fort Redemption for brunch and enjoyed their perfect mimosas, brisket, and sandwiches, while their dinner service offers possibly the best steak on Camp Bowie. The chef invited me back for lunch to try their burgers, and I cannot wait for my next visit. The dining space is intimate but roomy, making it perfect for family meals, solo lunches, and date night dinners. You can tell that you’re watching someone’s dream come to life, and I encourage every Fort Worth local to come give this place a shot and feel the dream for yourself.

A great new place with a special bbq twist. The meat is cooked true to order by temp and the flavor is outstanding. The ahi tuna had a great salad and the tuna portion was huge. Flavor of the tuna was some of the best I've tasted. Mac and cheese was good, but the Mac was over cooked. The salmon portion was large and cooked to perfection. The bourbon sauce added a great flavor. Service and staff were well informed about the menu, the restaurant and the Chef's story. A great addition to the West Camp Bowie dining not to be missed. Menu is somewhat limited but lots of variety on different nights. Wine menu needs a Pinot Noir.
