I found Fort Worth BBQ Catering via Yelp! I was pumped, I wanted a BBQ caterer for our company lunch. Based on the ratings and reviews, I felt as Fort Worth BBQ Catering would be perfect. They were on time, friendly and very efficient. There was no shortage of delicious bbq smoked meats, fresh salad and wonderful sides. The roasted veggies were so delicious my mouth waters thinking of them. Best fresh baked rolls I have ever had! Oh and the cobbler dessert was awesome. Overall 10 our of 10, and will use them again.

Big thanks to Doug and his team for a job well done on our wedding at the Trinity Park on September 17th. The food was amazing, the Brisket was the best we ever tasted. The staff are very nice and our guests were impressed about how they were so organized and efficient.We got a lot of recommendations for Fort Worth BBQ Catering from wedding planners that we interviewed. I am so happy we chose Eric and his team, we didn’t regret it. Eric is so detailed and he will walk you through the process. We found he really worked within our budget for the most bang for our buck.My wife and I would like to thank everyone for taking care of us. We need to also thank the brisket carver, but I forgot his name.So if you need a hassle free caterer, Fort Worth BBQ Catering is highly recommended. Attended a function that Fort Worth BBQ Catering was catered for, and I have to say, this is the BEST BBQ I've ever had. The owner Brian himself was also on hand, and was very helpful in suggesting different sauces...you can tell he loves what he does. The brisket was deliciously tender, and I loved the various BBQ sauceHis chicken also was extremely tender and surprisingly flavorful as well. The ribs were also fall-off-the-bone delicious, with a slightly crispy top but meat was still extremely tender. Overall great!

Fort Worth BBQ Catering came out to my company to cater lunch for a meeting and it was a HIT with everyone! Jason was very easy to work with, very accommodating and prompt with his arrival time. They even brought out one of the cool smokers at our request. Jason took the time to explain how the meat is smoked all night. We had chicken, brisket, mac & cheese (BOMB!), potato salad, green salad, and rolls Oh & the homemade bbq sauce, BOMB! :) I will be recommending him to others within the company as we always love quality bbq at a fair price.
