I just want them to cook my fish or whatever I ask to be fried hard to be just that

Fish is always fresh and well seasoned with great portions. I drive 45 minutes just to get fish here. Whole catfish and snapper are my favorites.

I made an online order which had two orders of the same combos, however upon delivery only one of the combos were delivered. I contacted the restaurant to inform them that I only received half my order. Mind you there is a price associated and yet it was inconvenienced by one of the workers only writing down my order as one combo, but the restaurant didn’t pay attention to the amount that was spent and make corrections. This was near closing time so I knew I wouldn’t be able to get the order fixed or delivered for that matter. I was redirected to make a complaint with door dash whom then refunded half my order price but the refund was in door dash credits which I can’t access because I don’t use the door dash app. I called the restaurant back to see how they could make up for the inconvenience but the lady who answered the phone gave me a stinky attitude.
I didn’t mess up my order and I paid the amount I owed but my family and I had to adjust for the inconvenience last night only to be blown off as if it’s hassle to make it right. I’ve had a couple issues now with order and delivery from here, starting to think I may not need to order from here again

091924 There was no price marked. 5 pounds of fresh, not cooked, perch fish ended up costing $84 and change. That's $17 a pound! Did the math too late. Unthinkable! My mom is angry with me for not spending her funds responsibly. I'm very disappointed.

Their only perch dinner has 4 peices. It came with fries, bread, salad, and condiments for $30 on the restaurant side. This establishment makes me angry.

Horrible!!! I ordered the 3pc catfish fillets. The fillets was small and thin, you had more skin from the batter than fish. They also fried it too hard

The whiting fish they gave me was old. Probably from the day before and refried. It made me sick! REALLY SICK! And that not normal for me. It was a 4 piece filet and I brought three and a half pieces back to them. The lady yesterday that took my order was decent. The young lady in there today was rude and didn’t offer any help. But instead proceeded to lecture me about something irrelevant to my complaint. I work in the food industry as a server who sells seafood. My mother said her buffalo fish was good. We also purchased a $20 seeded watermelon, the guy was nice and walked it to the car for my mother but when we got home it was seedless. They definitely play up the ESL when you try to correct wrong orders. The fish market side was nice and helpful to replace her watermelon. But for $20 the should in my opinion.

Really cool they sale it raw or they will cook it for you.......

Sorry the pictures didn’t do justice because I had already tore into the food before I decided to snap a picture. I originally thought I was heading to the Louisiana fish market and stumbled upon this place…I tried the whiting fish fillets along with hush puppies and corn in the cup and when I say they did not disappoint at all. Food was piping hot and tasted amazing and the customer service was awesome. The store was clean and there were so many options. I’m excited for the next visit. Thank you all for the experience.
