HIGH disappointed. I’ve eaten here for YEARS and have never had an issue. Upon ordering I asked the young lady at the counter what piece would provide the most meat, she suggested # 13 catfish pieces. I received my order and it LITERALLY was bones and crust. I went through each piece and it was the same for every piece. I informed another lady who was now working the counter and she instructed me to let the guy at the market know. He basically said that’s the way the fish is cut and refused to replace it and said I was only wanting it replaced because I didn’t like it. Well of course I don’t like it.. it’s cyst and bones. He absolutely didn’t budge. With inflation it’s so hard to continue to support small businesses who refuse to appreciate the customer. I’m no fisherman so that’s exactly why I asked what to get. Extremely disappointing. He says in 30 years no one has had a complaint. Not true. I just decided to eat in the establishment today. They will never get my money again. 15.99 for crust and bones. This happens in our neighborhoods they ALWAYS treat you like you want something for nothing, when you simply just want good food and service. Please patronize at your own RISK!

Never again,This is the worst place to buy fried catfish, they are way over priced. The tartar sauce is disgusting! Its mayo and onions Big chunks of onions! I purchased 5 pieces of fish and it comes with a kids size fries for $30.00 that came with One tartar sauce and have the nerve to change $1.49 for an extra one. To whom ever makes the tartar sauce...Please buy it from the store!This is just plain sad!
