$13 cover, rooftop is very nice and open when weather is nice. Good game selection, lots of pinball and full bar
Great family place, had a great time!!! There pizza is delicious!
It's fun and lots of old school games. Clean restrooms, too. A Lil on the experience side. Friendly service, tho.
My Wife and I enjoyed the playlist and playing Dance Dance Revolution
Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because their Real Ghostbusters arcade machine was down when I was there 😎😎😎
Great service, friendly staff and a huge selection of arcade classics to enjoy.
SO FUN! And they have my favorite arcade game from the 80s!!
The bar is great. They have lots of options but half the games didn’t work. You pay 13 per person only to not be able to play much because they don’t work. It’s fairly small, you can go to cidercade for 12 per person and it’s a lot bigger. It is open later but overall I don’t recommend.
Left cidercade after finding out they are cashless. Free play takes cash 🕺🏼 lost my wallet with all cards and only had cash so they came in CLUTCH! My son is stoked.
Meh, lots of games that are not working 😕
Great drink specials but I haven't got the chance to try the food unfortunately

SO fun!! Bartenders really knew their tap selections and had great specialty cocktails. SO many games and lots of pinball machine and they were well maintained.
I had 2 full punch cards from Free Play that were worth 2 free admissions. But when I got there, the guy at the front wouldn't accept them. He said that they had stopped taking them last month. There was no expiration date on the card or anything like that. What they should do is honor the passes they've given out, but just not give out new ones. I asked the guy, in lieu of the free passes, can we have a couple of free beers instead, to which he still refused. I would have settled for a free beer, which costs far less than the value of the free admissions. The value of 2 tickets after tax is $27. So I decided not to tip them at the end, which seemed fair to me, and I got a sarcastic comment from the bartender. So unprofessional. The people that work there are dyed-black-hair, facial-piercing kind of people, and are not very friendly.
Their game selection is mid. They advertise games on their website that are not working, like Area 51. And one of the guitars on the Guitar Hero game is broken.
Fun place to go but noticed one employee had a bad smell. Didn’t really have an appetite when he was near.
Imagine having a hard week and you come to Free Play on a Friday night to have some drinks and de-stress. But your experience was dampened by some foul smelling, stomach churning, nauseating staff person. How is an individual working in the food industry allowed to work in such close proximity to food and drinks? I was on the verge of vomiting every time this putrid smelling male passed by my table. I could not enjoy my food let alone bother taking any leftovers home... I normally would rate this place a 5 star but this person totally ruined my Friday night out. This is not hygienic and I doubt I would return if this person is still serving customers. Goodness knows how many other people actually felt sick to their stomach and felt uncomfortable with this nasty smelling person serving food and drinks. Sheesh, I think I still have his funky smell lingering in my nostrils. Please do better management!
Recently I frequented your establishment & one of your employees had a pungent odor to him. To have a person who's hygiene is that bad working in food services is unacceptable. How has this not been addressed?
