First time ever going to Freebirds and loved it

Sent my kids in to get their food and they paid etc. I called in to place my order (which I’ve done before since I have so many allergies ) was told they don’t do phone orders. I explained that I was in the parking spot looking into the store and if they could make my order as I was ordering it over the phone i would send my kids back in to pay about time they got it to the register. I had already explained that my disability wouldn’t allow me to go inside the store. The mgr then asked me my reason for not being able to go into the store. I told him I didn’t feel like I needed to tell him my disability. I have never been asked such a question as long as I’ve been making orders. It was very offensive to say the least. I left without getting anything and my family and I won’t return.

Came here for the first time today. Portion was huge for the price. I found it to be better than chipotle and qdoba!

The past few visits have been great. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of options to choose from. It's definitely a better choice than Chipotle.

Had to walk out rude staff

I would have to say, including tonight, that over my past 10 delivery orders, only one, maybe two, have arrived complete. One time it was an entire bottle of Death Sauce (I received a half of a side of Death Sauce), the next was a burrito and dessert, this time it’s two full orders of chips and queso. When I call in, they tell me I can come pick (missing items) up and they are sorry. IF I WANTED TO PICK UP, I WOULD HAVE SAVED THE DELIVERY FEE AND CAME THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I have given chance after chance and no longer can give this establishment my money. I have left VM’s at the location and at corporate to refund me as I do not want any comps. I am done here and will share these experiences with everyone I can.

Freebird's rarely disappoints. The Alliance location has to be my favorite. Awesome staff and the food is always great.

I've ordered twice from this Freebirds in the last couple weeks. Ordered a bowl and chips and queso. First order, I received chips but no queso. This time, I got queso but no chips. People, the tag they stick on each item says Chips & Dip. How do you miss 50% of that item? Otherwise the food is good.
