We went for the $7 bowl special, it was horrible, dirty and disgusting. The poor employees didn't know what direction they were going. There was about seven people in front of us and it took 30 mins to get served. I didn't eat a quarter of my food because it was terrible, dry and no flavor!
Trash was overflowing, no ice, everything was dirty. We should have left, now I wish we did!
I think the special did them more harm than good. We will definitely never go back even if the promotion is free !
Years ago, we would go and it was amazing. The vibe was awesome. The atmosphere was really cool. Definitely not the case anymore. This place has gone downhill 100%.

There was no customer service. The place was dirty and not cleaned at all.the soda machine was not stocked and messy, the food was dry the chicken was flavorless the brownie was dry and seemed old like it was there for over 30 days oh yeah the chips and guacamole was the best feature I will never go back there again I wouldn't advise either

I walked into this location and was immediately turned off by the horrible odor. It smelt like really bad BO. I stood there for a minute deciding on if I could possibly endure the smell. I went to google reviews and they are not great so we left. I did realize that not one person greeted us or even acknowledged us.

This location has sent me a burrito that was opened and not secure for the delivery person. It has also sent me their smallest burrito which is called the Freebird and I paid for a super monster and preferably manager. Zach says that they have been making them wrong and they were losing meat on their portion size. I said, I understand that, but if I’m used to receiving it this way, you should honor that or at least give me a refund back because that’s why I order the super monster, he offered me their smallest burrito, which was an insult to me and he continued to explain to me about the problems they have at the store like they got a new menu and the new employees haven’t been trained properly on portion size I frequent this business very often And I always get the super monster most of the time and it’s a very large burrito but the one I got in this delivery order was the size of their smallest burrito and so I’ve never bought a super monster this size and it was delivery because had I been in the store I would’ve refused this burrito. I must say I love Freebirds and I love their burritos, but I have two choices now visit another location other than the alliance town center or stop eating with them altogether they don’t honor the points that you earn in the app. Their phones are broken. You can’t get a response with the emails. It’s just getting really bad we live in a world in a generation where people do not respect customer service when I grew up I worked fast food. We would talk to customers always right with Zach. I don’t see how he wants to hold me accountable for their problems I paid for what I want And that’s what I should’ve gotten based on what I’ve always received.

This location used to be my go to location for freebirds, but I won't be going back anytime soon. Main problems were speed, service and sanitation.

Speed-It took over 30 minutes for them to whittle down the line and prepare my order. One of the guys seemed newer and sometimes just stood there doing nothing while the order ahead of me was being prepared. To be fair, I think he was new, but the place seemed understaffed and undertrained.

Service-They skimped on some ingredients rather than get out new containers. Had to remind them a couple of times of things I ordered. Understaffed.

Sanitation-They dropped my bag of chips on the floor where they've been standing, looked at it for a moment, then picked it up and put it on the counter where they prepared food (so whatever germs and diseases were on the floor have now been introduced to the counter) and continued without changing gloves. Thankfully my burrito was already made at that point so it was edible, but the chips got trashed as soon as I got home. Place was also a mess due to the rush-spilled drink on counters, drinks empty because they're too understaffed to fill them, etc.

I'll be giving this place a wide berth until they can get their act together.

The serving sizes are ridiculously small. I ordered extra protein since the scoops were so tiny, I should of just gone elsewhere because my total was $30

If you're trying to get your protein from here, good luck, it's a rip off

I don’t even like doing reviews cause I think its Karen-ish. But I used to love Freebirds. me & my lady went in there and were ignored for about 7 mins until more people came in. theres gnats and flies everywhere, the trash is overfilling the tops, and tables are pushed all over and out of place. and to top it off, I got a drink and when I went to get ice, none came out. I went to dude at the front and I was like yo, can I get some Ice?
and he was like “oh we’re out.”
of Ice???? and there aint even a sign up. we didn’t even finish our food. we just left. I hate it here.

Ok, where do I begin… the food, well that’s why I went. However, half of what was on the line was either low or nonexistent. Seemed like half the items I asked for were retrieved out of a holding area or had to be made from scratch. I’m going home now to enjoy (hopefully) the food I had to wait 20 minutes for (remember now that this is supposed to be fast food).

The atmosphere’s a bit different in this location now. While the service and food was good, they skimped on the sauces. The sauces used to be out in the open for the patrons to test out, but the area where they would normally be set was covered by metal trays.

Their second fountain drinks machine also doesn’t dispense ice. Why was this important? Their first dispenser ran out of ice.

Small, but noticeable, differences in the atmosphere goes a long way.
