Highly suggested not making a pickup order. Have it made in front of you because plenty of times I ask for white chicken and they give me the freebird chicken thigh chicken. (I can tell because of the texture and flavor-plus 1 i hate 1 I love). Either they are too busy, dont care, or cant read.Love the burritos and quesadillas when made right but the queso is awful. Love Freebirds! There menu is great! Way better than Chipotle or Qdoba! Wish I had a store closer to where we live.
Extremely slow. They put more focus on takeout orders than the people that are actually there unfortunately. That is something that has changed since covid. The food is really good but doesn't have as much flavor as it used

Very friendly and great tasting food. Only downfall was they were low on corn and soft potatoes but everything else was fully stocked. Meat and tortillas tasted fresh as always.

We have a place back in Arkansas called Don Pepe's they have burrito bowls we love. This place was not it. Pretty basic place a step up from Chipotle
