Went today for maybe the 3rd time ever. It’s always been just ok but close to work so convenient. However this time the experience was terrible. Food was still ok. I went to the drive through and waited at the speaker for about a minute with no response. Ok, no big deal, I drive around to the window and wait another minute. Someone finally comes up and asks if I have a pick up order and I said no, I need to order. She said “well we have a speaker box for orders”. I told her that I waited with no response and she just stared at me. So I asked for bean and cheese nachos (which aren’t explicitly on the menu but I have ordered before and they had no issue ringing it up) and she said “we don’t do that”. And stared at me. So I asked for a bean burrito and she rung it up, I got my food, and left. I won’t be back. Very rude.

Worst customer service you can have. Placed order, order repeated twice. Received order with all items I requested not to put on food annd in Food meat included. Called restaurant asked for manager Genesis. She told me she will not remake the food after she said she would. She will not have the owner or district manager call me back. Genesis said bring back the food and they will refund me. Without compensation for the drive or food. So in total 45 min drive with Poor customer service when frezko don’t take any accountability for the order being made incorrectly. Hire better Workers!
Advised to take a bit of your food and check the outside of food before you leave. Terrible Service…

Now as the owner you have just as horrible CS as your staff.. I firstly never yelled and hung up. Secondly why would I block an establishment that has my money?! You have to be delusional. Thirdly for you to come on here with this sad, lying justification after one I called back like I told your staff I would once they spoke with you.. your staff told me she must dialed the wrong number. I told her I never received a call. That’s why I was calling then. However it’s ironic with your lies told here and you actually fixing the problem is insane and sad to see such a poor spirited Owner…

This shows you how this business handles its customers and the Owner falsely makes statements on a review to justify the lack of it’s employees who make simple mistakes that Could of easily been fixed when all said and done. By the way what your policy have to do with anything when your staff messed up.

Finally some cane asada tacos. Very tasty and nice amount off meat. Charro beans are nice and flavored well. Priced at a decent cost. I will be back!

3rd visit Horrible. Make sure condiments and added lettuce,Pico de gallo dry no juice cut limes and salsa not fresh. It smelt old. One step away from rotten. Bad customer service

Really disappointed tonight. We normally love this place and we stopped in today to grab pickup. Their online ordering was not working and my husband ran it and after ordering it took 30 minutes for our food, tacos and some queso....
My husband ordered on the kiosk. After about 25 minutes, he asked to make sure they got the order in because a few people who ordered behind him got their food quicker and because my son was screaming in the car. The woman was rude and just said "we got it". Then when he got the food, my husband asked for extra limes and they just shrugged him off. They got it for him, but said nothing to him.
No apology for the delay or any kindness, no thanks for coming in.
I'm extremely disappointed.

We ordered ahead and picked it up. It was 830pm and we got 2 fish tacos and 2 shrimp tacos. I gave it 4 stars because I can't rate the other two categories. It looked kinda small in there. The salsas that came with our taco order were delicious!

Gave them another shot. Mistake. When you order online, toppings are apparently just a suggestion, as this is the third (and final) time they jacked the whole order up. Quesadilla didn't have half the toppings, including the upcharged guac. Cheese wasn't even melted in tge middle. $12 burrito had more tortilla than filling. Seriously, a beefy five layer is a much better deal. Just go to chuys, pay $2 more for a burrito the size of your head that tastes infinitely better. I ordered a single birria taco and they didn't give it to me.

I paid $80 for a burrito with basically nothing in it, a cold azz quesadilla with half the toppings, some fries, an order of birria tacos, and a single birria taco. Jokes on me, I get it. Who pays $80 for tacos, right?

Fill your fuggin burritos up.
Melt cheese.
Add toppings.
Put everything in the bag.

Thats not hard to do. Many places that are much busier do these things all day long. But you haven't done them three times in a row, so I'm done with you, and I'm sharing my experience any way i can in hopes of saving folks from an equally lopsided transaction. A whole lot of money for not a lot of food, missing items, and incorrect orders. Step your game up.

**update: I appreciate the opportunity to amend the issue. Management replied to this email, but I definitely don't want anymore of their food, and I would much rather they keep my money and this review stay up. Maybe it will save other people from the same dismal experience.

Worst experience ever. Went in to pickup an order for my wife while staying at the hospital down the road. They hand me the order and let me know I’m good to go. I get back to the hospital to see $15 worth of food missing. Called to ask them about it was told it was sitting on their counter, asked if they could deliver it and was told they could not. They also refused to refund me, and they refused to remake me a FRESH one to pickup. Awful customer service

Was told when I got there the food would be ready in 5 minutes, after 10 minutes I asked about it and was told another couple of minutes. Eventually had to leave before ever getting food - several other customers had been waiting well before were visibly frustrated with wait times as well and weren’t acknowledged until a manager came out of the back well after I arrived.

ETA: You can add "toppings" (cheese, salsa, etc) and rice and beans as an add-on, but no real veggies or substance. They should talk to some real vegetarians or vegans to get advice on what a legitimately good option could be
The vegetarian options are wack - lettuce and cilantro on a tortilla... No thanks. The staff was very nice.

This is my go to place to get steak fries. Their flavors are great. I also like the birria tacos. I tried a churro cheesecake for the first time here and it has become my favorite dessert, but theirs is not very fresh. Their churro cheesecake is refrigerated, does not have much cheesecake filling, and the whipped cream on top is frozen solid like a rock. It’s also priced high $8 for a small piece, this churro cheesecake is the only item I had issues with. Other items are priced reasonably and come out fresh and hot.

The most terrible staff imaginable!! Rude, lazy and downright unintelligible…
I placed a pickup order at 6:42 pm and online it said our order should be ready by 7:00pm, knowing this place they usually take some time but nothing too crazy but this is officially the last time we will ever be ordering from here. We arrived at 7:12 pm to get them some extra time and the food was still not ready. At that point we didn’t mind but the staff looked like deer in headlights and asked my husband what meat was on his order…. They had all this time to make our food and they still did not start working on it. We had a screaming and hungry toddler in the car so I had to come in and see what the problem was. The lady was extremely unprofessional and rude and laughed in my face if we could possibly get an agua fresca instead of a fountain drink for such a long wait. We did not leave until 7:30pm and I’m just truly disappointed with how downhill this place has gotten. Wish they would spend time hiring people who are good workers instead of lazy teens with zero work ethic. I’ve worked in the food industry since I was 14 and I’ve never once acted the way these kids act.

Great food if you sit there, but we have ordered to go and through Uber Eats 7 times now and have never once received what we ordered. Fully loaded nachos? Never get anything but chips, queso and meat. Loaded Chicano fries? Same thing. Last 5 orders in a row for delivery have been missing multiple items and the items we do get are wrong. We really wanted to love this place and gave them many chances but we are officially done and not recommending to anyone else. Such a shame, you could nail this market of people looking for taco shops if you’d put even half the effort into making the food as you do marketing it.

FTW “FTW 1”

Doesn’t make sense 15 minutes let alone with two crying children, for burrito that was incorrect. The meat was not fresh and they gave me a side of beans that were watered down and had no flavor. Never eaten here again don’t know if they’re having a one off, but I don’t appreciate my food being wrong. I didn’t think I actually had to open my burrito and check it to make sure it was right highly disappointed. Call the store so they could make it right no one answers
