Went today to get my nails done and they did a great job! I always get dipping powder for my nails and am happy to say that they turned out great! They had a huge selection of colors so you'll be sure to find one you like, and the atmosphere was really nice. They open at 11:30 on Sundays, I showed up at around noon and didn't have to wait much at all!! Walk ins are welcome so it's perfect if you're an anxious student like me that hates phoning in to make appointments....read full review
Rayne did a great job with my dip nails! She made sure to ask lots of questions to really know my preferences (and I'm picky so this was great). It was easy to talk to her in general too, she's very sweet. The atmosphere was very bright and modern. If you're used to softly lit salons this may be a bit of a shock, but it's gorgeously done. First time coming to Gem nail spa and it was ok for me. The pedicure could have been a little better. The massage chairs need to work with more pressure. My acrylic gel nails came out semi-nice, they could have done better they looked quite lumpy. Overall the salon is nice and it’s in a great convenient location.
