We had some food that was cooked well, but others that were not. One bowl was left on the grill for too long causing a lot of meet and veggies to be burnt. Another bowl wasnt cooked as long, but the meat had a salty flavor on the charred portion. Likely due to the grill not being cleaned (or the grill being too being seasoned).
They took care of us, and offered to remake the bowl or offer an alternative if I kept the bowl.

Like any other chain, you would just expect “decent” service, but here, it was exceptional! Kelly, (I believe that was her name, she was the fair skinned lady with white hair) went above and beyond. The food tasted great, and service was exceptional! She made sure we all were taken care of, and our kids adored her. We WILL be back! Thank you for the service!

Fantastic fun with my daughter, coming in for the first time! She ordered the orange chicken and I had the build your own bowl with an egg roll. My daughter enjoyed watching them cook the food on the large stone and the chef move around each order. They were also so meticulous caring to separate my order as I have a severe seafood allergy. The staff (especially Lori) was so very kind checking on us often and making sure we had everything we needing and we lacked for nothing. She brought us Togo drinks and highlighted our discount for yelp reviews that were advertised on the table. The food was delicious and the service was so enjoyable not just by our waitress but everystaff member that came by. We were even asked if we were comfortable having another patron seated near us that had a service dog before they were seated, the amout of consideration given to us was through the roof!!
My 9yo daughter and I WILL return... this is our girls get away place for sure

On Tuesdays, We Ghengis! My girlfriend and I love going to Ghengis to take part in their Tuesday deal! A whole bunch of food for a good price. Hajar is the best, she's very kind and we love getting to see her as she is personable and remembers us. It's like seeing a friend every week :) Not once have I had an issue or felt uncomfortable piling on my meats as high as I can! The GM was super nice as well. We will continue to go. Parking is easy and location is simple to find. We also entered a contest and got Free Pot Stickers!! Downloaded the app to get the rewards.

Worst ghenghis grill I've ever been to. They took forever to cook my bowl and then brought it out to me BURNT unedible literally. I'm 5 months pregnant how the hell am I supposed to eat that shit. All I was offered was to make another bowl but for what so he can mess my food up again and take forever my husband would be done eating his somewhat burnt food by then his was at least somewhat edible the audacity
