Tried this place with my family after ten years away. We didn't miss much...Waitress was friendly, chef was seemingly upset about something from the moment we walked in. Went through the line, dropped off bowls at the empty chef station. When the food came out about fifteen minutes later, our son mentioned his food was burnt.When he lifted what appeared to be a roasted red bell pepper with a large char mark on the side...he corrected me and told me it was his crab. Most of his bowl was charred and inedible. The rest of our bowls were slightly charred, but edible.No big deal...we send it back. They ask him to go through the line again...but now there's 8-10 people in front of him. He finally returns to the table and we pretty much get forgotten about.25 minutes later, the waitress sees our empty bowls, realizes she hasn't been by our table and says "Sorry, are you waiting on the check?" No...our son's food. We are told they 'got busy, but it should be right out'. After another 10-15 minutes, it finally arrived.Waitress never came back, someone else delivered the full-priced ticket and offered no apology. This is the only day we've had time together as a family in a long while, and entirely too much time was spent at this location.Very dark and quiet, nobody seems to care too much. Will not return.

This place is always been a good go-to for a good bite to eat it's always been consistent in the service is always been top-notch today I had the pleasure of having a server by the name of Jamie he was one of the most phenomenal servers I've ever had the pleasure of having serve me food to date

Generally dirty all over. The meat on the buffet looked pretty slimy. Food tasted good, but that’s because I made it with lots of sauce lol.My wife came down with food poisoning after eating here. The wait staff were using the grill to warm up their personal food from McDonald’s.But hey the waitress was kind and helpful and successfully upsold her menu to us without communicating the price differences, so I guess that’s a plus?

I wanted to really love it here. It was my first time at a Genghis Grill. Our waitress was great and helpful.The place was VERY dusty. The buffet was messy and we were one of three tables at the time. The employees were standing around when they could have been cleaning.The food did taste good.We ordered 2 mediums (+ eggs which we didn’t know was extra $) and a soda each and it was about $45 — felt pricey.But the two reasons we won’t be coming back:1. The two waiters brought in a McD’s bag and started GRILLING MCDONALDS FOOD on the GRILLE! Haha! What?!2. I woke up with an awful case of food poisoning this morning.Wanted to like it but won’t be coming back.

I’m not usually the person to write these, but this was a very poor experience for us. We came in on a very slow Thursday night, maybe 2 other couples there, and waited for what felt like forever for our meals. When I got mine (the sweet and sour chicken) the chicken was cold. So I gave it back and asked if they could reheat it. Even when I got it back hot, it tasted very clearly like it was cooked from frozen and not fresh. The service wasn’t anything good, very bare minimum. For the cherry on top, we got small bowls but were charged for medium bowls. Nothing was done right. My first time at Genghis Grill and might not ever go back.

Our first time trying any Genghis Grill. My wife and I were here for the car show outside the parking garage, how cool was that! It was like Tokyo drift. Awesome cars and models. The food came out fairly quickly and the orange chicken was tasty.
