They are soo humble and actually cook your food fresh to go ,with a beautiful twist, concerning the crunchy Tacos... Always friendly and ready to explain each meue item, and actually They are really great people.. The Dad is Awesome and I believe it's his daughter, She's Amazing as well, with excellent customer service skills to me...Everyone, Stay blessed ??✨❤!!!
I was craving some tacos but was tired of the same thing. So I looked up on google on this places popped up ! And may I say ! Thank you google ! The food here was delicious! And the salsas perfectly spicy ?! I ordered some birria tacos and 1 asada taco it was oh so yummy ! I 100% recommend this place can’t wait to come back

Very amazing food! Both Fort Worth and Arlington locations are phenomenal. My wife and I are use to eating California quality tacos and it is so hard to find any worth a damn around us. Gilbertos is definitely worth a damn!
