Told us it was a 15 min wait. Then after we waited 30min they sat two people who just walked in without a reservation. I guess you have to know someone to get good service here. Wont recommend and wont come back.

If you’re looking to get out of the cold you’ve found the right place! Very warm and Very welcoming environment! Be sure to ask for Jasmine if you’re looking for a warm smile and great hospitality! She went above and beyond in every step of being our server and ensuring we had a great experience! The music is very welcoming and diverse which is a plus! I now have a new place to come and enjoy a well prepared meal just as if my momma made it!

We had an amazing dinner experience today at Gloria’s. I have been to several locations throughout Texas but our server CARLOS P. was awesome. He provided top tier service. The food was delicious and he was great!

The last four times I have ordered to go here and they’ve messed up my order each time. I always ask for extra chimichurri sauce and it hasn’t been included the last three times, so yesterday I called to confirm that my order stated “extra chimichurri” and I was reassured that they had this down for both orders. When I opened my orders at home, there was no chimichurri sauce. Once they even forgot the auguachile and yesterday when I ordered it, it came with no avocados. That’s one of the main ingredients inside! On top of the missing items, there was also poor packaging as well as issues with all the sides - 5 plantain chips for the aguachile, just enough rice for a spoonful, no cheese on the beans, a half used or half full green sauce, and no chips for the salsa. They aren’t very friendly either. I used to really like this place but I can’t even place a simple order and know for certain I’ll get everything that is included on the dish.

I was very disappointed with my order! I got the chicken nachos for the first time and the chips were burnt, portion size was small, and the presentation was not good. This is what I paid $17 for!

Server was not friendly and barly came to our table. My.food was cold ... not the best I've had, my husband liked his beef fajita burrito. Atmosphere was great though.

Very nice area and it was comfortable pleasant environment and the food and drinks were great!

The beef fajitas were dry and flavorless! The flour tortillas were like thin cardboard. Our waitress never refilled my drink, never asked if we needed anything and the only time she smiled was when she handed me the check. The restaurant was not busy as we arrived at 4pm on a Wednesday.
