After I placed my order at the drive through they let me know it would be a 15 minute wait for the tenders and they were out of sweet tea. After going ahead a paying they asked me to move to a parking spot. I asked why because if they were out of tenders no one else would get their order before me so I insisted I just wait at the window. They said I couldn't because the screen is timing them and they had to keep getting cars through. So, basically they are manipulating the order system so they don't get in trouble for being 15 minute behind. A 15 minute wait and out of sweet tea you would have thought a discount or something would have been offered. Super disappointed by this experience.
