Took a while to get served. No greeting or apology for the wait even though I caught eye contact several times from numerous workers.
The place charges for a cup of water which is always ridiculous at any restaurant you're ordering from. Is anything needs to be complimentary, it's water.
They also charge for side sauces.
This is a permanent chain, so I'm not sure why the need to charge for such.
Otherwise the food was fine. The chicken is mediocre, the fries are great as are the rolls which are definitely their strong point and some of the best rolls I've had compared to other restaurant chains.

I recently just ordered food from this location today, the guy at the window was friendly but my order was missing a piece of chicken so o got a 2pc instead of a 3pc and I called the store number 8 times no answer.

I had ordered a 3 piece leg meal and only received a 2 piece. I called to let them know and no one answered the phones and this was after calling 10 times. To make a mistake is one thing but to not answer the phones are another. This is a horrible experience and then to be rushed out of the drive through and not even given the option to ask for condiments. SMH

I ordered Golden chick on 06/05 & none of my food was fresh. I called 5 times to inform someone but they never answered the phone, so I just had to eat it like that. I said I’ll give them another chance since I did place my order around closing time (8:45-9pmish) & they close at 10pm. Today I went again & man I wish I didn’t. I ordered a 6 pc tender meal w/ fries, a Pepsi & an extra roll. When I received my order they gave me a 4pc tender w/ Mac, no extra roll & a flat Pepsi. I informed the cashier that they’ve given me the wrong order. He took the order back and proceeds to give me the same exact order back, he just took out my roll and added some fries and gave it back and said the Mac was free. I then informed him again that I ordered a 6 pc not a 4 pc & that I still didn’t get my extra roll and that he had took the roll that was already with the meal. 😑 when i finally received the correct order, I pulled off to only find out that none of the food was fresh, the chicken was UNDERCOOKED, skin falling off it was so MUSHY! NEVER AGAIN! Basically got $40 for free from me. I will never visit this store or the story location in Irving ever again !

We got our order via Uber Eats on 5/30.
My wife's fish portions were for a picky child. The fish was hard and dry and hard to chew.
We called their number three times ten minutes before closing and were ignored. Never had this problem with Golden Chick before. You best believe we won't ever have this problem again because why should we order from them again?

The service was very bad. She said the wait would be 15 minutes, but it took 25 minutes. When we asked, she (Nieves D/ check: 3065) had a very bad attitude, as if someone were pushing her. I will never return to this store.
