Doesn’t even deserve one star this place is ghetto THEY messed up my order and when I went all the way back up there after waiting ten damn minutes they then offered to give me seasoning packets….when I said I wanted everything fresh rightfully so they took my plate added seasoning and then gave me back the exact same plate like I would never notice…some customer service DEFINITELY A WASTE OF MONEY and I’m scared to even eat my food because both ladies are rude! I will be calling corporate.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..SHE MISSED THE WHOLE COMBO + MASHED POTATO WITH GRAVY, NO CONDIMENTS FOR ANY ITEMS, DOESN'T APOLOGIZE FOR HER MISTAKE, I TOLD HER THAT SHE MISSED ITEMS IN ORDER - HOW UGLY SHE MUST BE INSIDE/OUT TO SAY THAT ITS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT SHE MISSED ITEMS IN ORDER, SHE HAS A COMEBACK SAYING THAT I SHOULD BE THE ONE MAKING SURE THAT I GOT ALL ITEMS, AND THATS WHY I WAS WAITING FOR HER TO GIVE ME REST OF MY ORDER, INSTEAD SHE WALKS AWAY AND GOES IN BACK ROOM...NO CARING.. I ordered (3) 24 pices wings for my lady's birthday. My daughter went inside the store to pick up the order. This used to be a friendly place I would go every Wednesday and Saturday for there wings. But after how this man made my daughter feel I will keep my 64.92 dollars in my pocket. And then to tell her oh all them wing's wow. Psa if we don't spend money there you have no paycheck. Hour's get cut. And he was being weird about the honey. This place is NOT KID FRIENDLY ? ? ? ANYMORE
2 times in raw they gave me my order missing pieces! I believe its a habit now!

If I could give this place a negative 5 I would the cashier and the manager should not be working in a customer service job she was rude as soon I went walked in she never acknowledged us she tried to over charge for our 3 peice white meal she never smiled kept walking away when we tried to speak with her she would not answer us so I raise my voice said can you hear me she never said nothing the Manager came up and would not listen he said we could go somewhere else the dining area was dirty tables floor drink station and ice cream bar was trashed. People take your money down the street and eat else where. The health department should pay this place a visit.
