Had an amazing experience at Gong Cha. Their drinks where delicious and the owner and staff where super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back to visit very soon.

been coming to this boba place for a couple months now and every visit has been exceptional and consistent. the staff is nice and the drinks are always satisfying. kaylene took my order she welcomed me with a smile and served me great customer service and quickly prepared my drink. definitely recommend gong cha.

We stumbled upon Gong Cha in Ft Worth and were delighted to find a family-friendly spot that's perfect for all ages! The menu offers a variety of flavors that both kids and adults will love.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Very clean shop. We appreciated that they had games and books.
I got the Winter Melon milk tea boba drink from this establishment and it was a refreshing treat! The tea was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness. The boba was soft and chewy, adding a fun texture to each sip. The prices were reasonable too.
Overall, I'd give it 5 stars. If you're a boba fan, I highly recommend giving it a try!

Cute decor when you walk in, with photo worthy seating and neon signs. A Foosball table, stuffed animals, and merch to check out while you wait.
The order was quickly made .
We grabbed a few drinks before heading into the grocery store to shop next door.
I wish they had small kid size drinks, as I'm not paying $7 in case they don't like it. I asked for kid friendly suggestions and the staff was clueless. So we didn't get the Littles anything.
The Brown sugar drink was good and you can adjust the sugar levels.
Viet coffee was also good and strong.

i have food allergies and can sometimes have a boba drink but this place is new to me i really appreciated them showing me the ingredients. even though i couldn't have anything to be safe, my husband did and the food and drink were both great! thank you so much, i feel like not every place understands food allergies. it was just really easy to find out i better be safe and avoid it. thank you! everything smelled so yummy lol

Cute little store nestled in a busy strip center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We came for the Final Fantasy collaboration but will return for the tasty drinks and quaint ambiance!

Came here while visiting Texas and loved the shop layout and atmosphere. There are a lot of options for drinks, and they also have waffle with ice cream or boba add-on as well. Staff were friendly, attentive, and super helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

Gong cha is my fav place to visit, but when it comes to this location, the staff won't listen to the order properly, and that won't taste similar to the other location.

The boba tea was not good. Very watered down and not as good as other places. The store was clean and the lady was nice, the young man not so much. The same weeknd song played on repeat and it was our experience.
