my experience with this specific location through UberEats has been nothing but terrible, it makes me wonder A LOT why they would even offer it at this place when they 95% of the time cancel the order/dont fulfill once the driver gets there, not only is it a waste of time for the customer, its a waste of time and money for the UberEats driver. There's options for stores on the app to remove items(if you don't have it) and/or to replace it with a different drink. This place just cancels ur order entirely and you'd have to wait 5-7 business days to get the refund back to ur card. I've have my order cancelled by them 5 times already and anytime I go in, they are never busy.
Very disappointing location, on the other hand the one on North Beach is much better in terms of communication and fulfillment. This location sucks!

“I’ve had Gongcha at many locations, but this place disappointed me the most in terms of drink quality. I ordered a mango green tea and added sugar, but it was bland and had no mango flavor. They charged me over $6 including tax for a large mango drink — the price is too high for such poor quality. They put in so little mango jam that it was almost nonexistent.”

The drinks were good and the waffles were delicious. It offers online services. There was a mistake in the previous order that they forgot to send to the pick-up person. They have called and apologized. they had refunded the missing items. The store is pretty new and looks nice for dinning. The price is fair.
I tried the Strawberry slush with boba and it was very delicious, made to perfection. So I left a tip. They have a lot of different drink options.

I politely asked to have 3 cubes of ice in the XL drink (Milk Foam Series Dirty Brown Sugar Tea) and they would not accommodate that request, even when I explicitly stated I’m fine with paying a little extra for that. The server was adamant that “it’s not how we make our drinks, it’s our policy.”
When I requested her to show me how much ice would be put into the drink, it would fill literally 4/5ths of the cup. Their large cups looked like mediums, mediums like smalls, and have the audacity to charge $8 for their drinks (excluding toppings of course.)
Save yourself the time. There are plenty of other bubble tea places that would be more than happy to not ream you for giving you a cup full of ice.
