The service here is absolutely horrible! They act like you really shouldn't be there. Every single time I go there, the employees are in the back on their phones and make no effort to stop texting to assist you. It's pointless anyway because they NEVER have anything, and I've gone on 4 different occasions, different days and times. Either they're out, and it will be half an hour or they're out, and they just look at you like "ok, now what?" I will just stick with the mall locations...

Closed early. Cookies up and doors locked, but wet floor caution signs out. After vbs my family was looking forward to some cookies. If you don't close at 9 please update your hours of operation.

Terrible customer service. The young lady was more interested in handling a personal call on her cellphone rather than dealing with customers. Then to top it off I had preordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday party on April 17th to pick up April 28th at noon. She was clueless on any online orders for pickup, then figured out that the cake decorator decided to put it off until the 28th to make but wasn’t coming into work that day until 3pm. They open at noon on Sunday and this was supposed to be done and ready for pickup at noon. Filed a complaint with corporate three weeks ago and was told they would be reaching out but never did. This company is complete garbage.
