The service here is absolutely horrible! They act like you really shouldn't be there. Every single time I go there, the employees are in the back on their phones and make no effort to stop texting to assist you. It's pointless anyway because they NEVER have anything, and I've gone on 4 different occasions, different days and times. Either they're out, and it will be half an hour or they're out, and they just look at you like "ok, now what?" I will just stick with the mall locations...

Terrible customer service. The young lady was more interested in handling a personal call on her cellphone rather than dealing with customers. Then to top it off I had preordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday party on April 17th to pick up April 28th at noon. She was clueless on any online orders for pickup, then figured out that the cake decorator decided to put it off until the 28th to make but wasn’t coming into work that day until 3pm. They open at noon on Sunday and this was supposed to be done and ready for pickup at noon. Filed a complaint with corporate three weeks ago and was told they would be reaching out but never did. This company is complete garbage.

This location was great to work with! The cake came out exactly how I wanted and was delicious. The cookies were yummy and soft. Will definitely order from this location again!

Nov. 16 @ 4pm. None of the cookies taste like what they’re supposed to. They all have a weird taste to them. Younger girl who was there had an attitude and shouldn’t have been assisting customers at all.

Went in on Thursday, November 9 at 3:45 PM and there were two girls in the back room. A thin brunette girl wearing pajamas on her phone could clearly see me standing waiting to be helped. After not being acknowledged for 10 minutes I finally asked is anyone working. A taller blonde girl walked out from the back saying she could not hear me over the cookie machine, whatever that means. I guess these girls expect you to yell out for help instead of keeping an eye on the front desk. To make things worse the cookie display was basically empty. There were only a few options available. Lastly, this place is extremely dirty. Whoever is in charge please ask your staff to do some cleaning instead of sitting and texting on their phone. Maybe dress code would be nice too. Wearing a giant T-shirt and pajama pants with your hair down in a food store is gross to me.
