Great American Cookies

Came in to the store, didn’t get greeted. One girl is in the back and the one in the front that should be helping me is on her phone. Very unprofessional, had to tell the little girl that I was ready like 2 times but was too busy on her phone. This store needs to get it together with their unprofessional associates. This is not the first time that this happens to me at this particular location .

I called very last minute to get a cake for my nephews - one really likes dinosaurs and the other likes anything in the sea. They totally dominated the request with their creativity and talent! Awesome!!

I think it’s extremely unprofessional for a store to lock their doors before their actual closing time. Your cookies are already made and just sitting there. Coming in 5 minutes before your closing time isn’t asking a lot, what if I wanted to put in a big order for a party for another day? And then to call about it and have the girl act like a child when spoken to is even more unprofessional. This is why teenagers shouldn’t be in charge of closing a store. I’d give zero stars if I could.

These are some terrible cookies. All sugar and no flavor. The texture reminds me of 5 day old Walmart cookies. Wouldn't recommend them at all for what they're charging.

Nick is always so nice and he always makes sure to give the workers the Tanger discount. The woman always makes the food and drinks quickly, really appreciate that because I have a limited amount of time for my lunch break.

The absolute best service. The cookies and the Cesar wraps were amazing!

I wanted to give a big shout out to the Tanger Outlet location. I know Felisha took order and I *believe* was the one that decorated the cookie cake. I gave her an idea and she did amazing with the execution!! Couldn't have been any better and I want to make sure you were aware how pleased we were. Thanks again!

I Don't recommend this place. The guy in a beard first didn't wan't to give me the buy 3 and get 1 free promotion. Then I wanted to buy an icee, and he said the machine didn't work, but the machine was on... I felt poorly mistreated. These guys give a Bad service

They did such an amazing job on my daughter's cake! I called last minute because we don't have a Great American Cookie Cake where I live. I have always loved their cookies. Pricing really isn't bad either! I just wanted to take time to brag on Felicia (she is the one who decorated the cake). She did such an awesome job! I love love love it, money very well spent. Thank you guys for being a part of making her special day even more special.

Their m&m cookie is the best I have had here .
