The food here is always good. But I do have one complaint: the seating is awful. You’re right up against another table, and it feels like you can’t have a conversation with someone here.
I wish the Alliance location would make the store cozier with better seating like the one in Southlake.

Honestly all I got was the bread on Saturday morning and other than that I have not had anything else but the sourdough bread is so freaking great and they gave me a cookie!!! And it was really really good too, will definitely have to try more of this place sometime

I love GHBC! The bread is always delicious and the service is wonderful. I typically grab a loaf of sourdough, which is consistently great. I also got a sandwich last time that was surprisingly wonderful.

This is my go to lunch place just about every Wednesday. You get so much food for a great price, plus it’s healthy. I cannot rave about this place enough, I love everything about it. Food is always ready on time, perfectly wrapped, great service, and most importantly - great tasting.
Their cookies are huge & they are amazing. The sea salt caramel cookie is my favorite. It has sea salt flakes on top, oats, and it’s bigger than my hand.
Side salads are big portions & so cheap. I get at least 2 each time I order - along with my sandwich.
All of their sandwiches here are amazing & you get to choose the bread for any sandwich you choose. Every sandwich & every bread choice is so good.
You cannot go wrong with this place & they have never disappointed me. I have lunch for 3 days & spend less than $20. It’s so filling & so worth your money. Give it a try!

I love their scones. Blueberry is my favorite. The cinnamon rolls were wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The place is so clean. You can tell they take pride in keeping it that way. Thanks

FOOD - Absolutely delicious, flavorful and lots more options for sides/drinks. SERVICE - Very welcoming and they make sure your order is accurate. ATMOSPHERE - Spacious, quiet and have outdoor seating. Would be nice to have some music on so we don't hear everyone's conversation.

Good bread, but the blandest Italian sandwich I’ve ever had.

Having terrible luck with places being closed lately. Said they were open and even had a coupon that expires today, so I wanted to go check it out. Closed. Nothing online stating that. Frustrating.

The bread is great. We love the Dakota bread. The scones are great too. The only negative is that the prices are high. Be prepared to apend $10 a loaf.

Very nice. My only issue was they didn't have any sourdough buns or gluten free cookies. The soyrdough bread and raspberry tea bread was very good though and the young gal waiting the counter was exceptionally kind and helpful. I am definitely going back.

10 out of 10. Literally everything is just perfect, GPS to find the location is wrong but is worth it.

This is or was my go to place for buying fresh baked bread. But on this day, I asked a young man to slice my bread. He walked over to the sink, pulled out a dirty plastic, cutting board, rinsed it off with water, walked it back over to the table, dried it with a paper towel and was going to begin slicing my bread at which time I intercepted and took my bread home to slice myself. I’ve never had this experience with this company before, and it breaks my heart because I love coming to this place, but the sanitation failed miserably.
