I love Great Harvest but sadly today I went at opening to specifically get scones and they did not have any. They said today was just a slow day for them and normally they have them at opening. Started off my morning on a big SAD

4 star only because everytime I come in even a good hour or two before closing they have already thrown away all the cookies. Like why not keep them out till closing time? Otherwise great tasting little treat spot.

I hadn’t been to this location, and haven’t ordered from a menu in so long…. But cashier lady didn’t really seem interested in helping. I asked for a menu and she was polite told me where to find it…. And I ordered my two sandwiches… she asked what type bread and I had to ask what are my choices and she pointed to menu… after I paid I saw that I could have gotten a combo but I didn’t know. Anyways- I know the food will be great but the service was definitely missing a little bit today.

Cafe food is just ok. Bread, pastries and artisanal products are what to go here for. Sadly at lunchtime there was a very small variety of breads for sale. I would have liked to have purchased a few loaves but wasn't able to.

I love their cheddar biscuits. They have awesome fresh breads they make and sell each day. The coffee and tea is good as well. The cafe is small, but the atmosphere is quiet. Great place for a break while shopping in the Alliance Town Center.

Bread and food are great. What is available is very variable, and staff is hit or miss on friendliness. Was told they didn't have their fruit cup because they didn't have the cups available to put them in. Unless you want to eat in a rave, I suggest getting your food to go. 11am is a bit early for techno-rave music and does not fit the esthetic of what is being sold. Came here for a nice breakfast in the AC and got a headache from the loud techno music instead. Also, I had to ask the staff to provide the second half of our ordered food, to which I received a subtle eye roll from the cashier.
I was excited to come here because I have tried their bread and biscottis from the farmer’s market and it was amazing. I was a bit disappointed with service because they were not very welcoming.

Very friendly service and delicious good sized portions. Very clean atmosphere and the classical music in the background was a nice touch. The only negative I could say is that there was very limited desert choices available when I stopped by. Support small business!

I can’t remember the last time I sat down to eat something and the food was exactly what I was asking for. All of the ingredients were quality and the soda machine had some unique flavor. I had the turkey sandwich, cracked pepper chips, root beer, and a chocolate chip cookie. My meal sounds basic but the ingredients made this meal exceptional. The service was great and the employees were passionate about what they do and it showed. Hit the spot.
