The service I received today from Maury ,he had dreads in his head was the absolute worst . He made a honest mistake that I was not as serious as he made it , He overcharged me an I tried to tell him . He got very defensive and got very rude an disturbing in front the customers. He looses control,and keeps poking even when he got another customer. In my 43 years of living I've never met anyone ruder in customer service. He really needs to grow up ,it's ok to be wrong. Smile. I sat here an watched . No tables have been sanitized since 1:17 pm I'm just leaving at 2:15 Absolutely no hair nets or gloves are being worn. He could be focused on the more bigger picture than arguing with customer due to his mistakes.

Oh man Griffs burgers are great, if you haven't had one, you are missing on it, I don't go that often because I'd get fat doing so and also makes it more enjoyable, I hunger for it more and enjoy it better, great service, every time I go, no complaints as of yet.
