I read the good reviews and thought this would be a cool local, historic place to take the family for lunch. I wish I had read some of the negative reviews before deciding. I would have been better off at a typical chain. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but this place definitely earns every negative review. I would have spent less money and had better food. This place was a total disappointment for nearly $70. The customer service was rude. The food was overcooked and cold. My daughter ordered the steak fingers. I could not identify the meat like substance. The burgers were patheticly thin and lacked any reasonable appetizing presentation. The only redeeming quality was the onion rings, except that the condiments were a extra charge for a measly portion. Guaranteed I'll never go back and will do my part to warn people away.

Griff's Hamburgers is a good two handed burger (to hold) fast food establishment serves Whataburger or Sonic style burgers in a clean and orderly establishment. The drive through window can get a little popular and long after 7 on the weekend, but otherwise they are prompt and courteous. Please and thank you goes along way, as always. I highly recommend and my mom loves their cheeseburgers.

They should be shame of themselves making something that look like this. I ask for grilled onions the meat was cold and old. 1 star was to much. I spent 20.00 for to combos that look like this. Cold fries and the soda was flat.

The service I received today from Maury ,he had dreads in his head was the absolute worst . He made a honest mistake that I was not as serious as he made it , He overcharged me an I tried to tell him . He got very defensive and got very rude an disturbing in front the customers. He looses control,and keeps poking even when he got another customer. In my 43 years of living I've never met anyone ruder in customer service. He really needs to grow up ,it's ok to be wrong. Smile. I sat here an watched . No tables have been sanitized since 1:17 pm I'm just leaving at 2:15 Absolutely no hair nets or gloves are being worn. He could be focused on the more bigger picture than arguing with customer due to his mistakes.
