Arrived on time for our reservation, there was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected during a busy dinner time. Had requested a booth but none were available so we waited. As a booth became available it was inadvertently given to another party but these things happen. As it was, we got the best booth in the house, right under the three buffalo!!! We were quickly greeted by our amazing server Valerie! Our drinks (an old fashioned and ranch water) were tasty. If you haven't had a real Texan Ranch Water, get one. We had the ribs appetizer, a top sirloin and a Mexicali. Loved them all, especially the ribs. Both steaks were cooked to perfection: these cooks are fantastic at their job, a rare and mid rare steak can be hard to pull off but they did it to “divinity”. As a super picky lifelong restaurant industry person I really loved being able to watch the line and the pass. Hats off to a hard working crew! I want to especially send out a huge thank you to our server Valerie! She is such a wonderfully friendly person and you can tell she loves her job.!!!! Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Totally my fault, if you go to Texas and to this type of restaurants you have to eat meat !!! I ordered a salad that was very bad , but again totally my fault as my husband ordered meat and it was delicious! But everything else was wonderful, the service was A+ , the ambience was perfect , overall highly recommended

Western saloon dining experience. Great atmosphere and food. Spendy, but would go again. Sirloin steak was exactly as expected.

Prices are high. Prices have went up tremendously. Food is really good. Kit Carson tortilla soup is delicious and the trout is so good and seasoned well. The housemade vinaigrette salad dressing is SO YUMMY!

Server left us and never returned after food was delivered. We told him it was our anniversary. Nothing. Spoke with manager who apologized and brought dessert for us

We both had chicken and ribs. The only issue we had is that the ribs were VERY dry and tough - almost like eating jerky. Otherwise, drinks, chicken and sides were very good!

Can't recommend it. We booked a table in advance and got seated. After a wait they took our drink order (no water or anything). After we still didn't get our drinks after 20 min we left.
There are many good other options with staff who is happy to serve you.

If you're looking for a restaurant with a Fort Worth Stockyards atmosphere, H3 Ranch is a great choice. The decor and vibe is authentically western. The food quality is excellent with a wide variety of choices from steaks to seafood. Our party of 4 had the Flaming Tenderloin, a Filet Mignon, Ribs, and a Chicken Fried Steak. All of them had excellent flavor and were presented well. Our server was attentive to our needs, friendly, helpful in making choices. We ended our meal with pecan pie and peach cobbler, both with ice cream. We would highly recommend H3 Ranch!

I brought an out-of-town guest here for the ambiance and good food. It's been a while since I've been here. Not as nice as I remember. This used to be our go-to when a bunch of us were visiting FW. They walked us to the end of the row of booths- right across from the grill and buzz of activity - worst table in the place, most likely.
I tried to keep the conversation off the fact that we were likely at the worst table, while other tables were open.
And at that, the service wasn't great - mostly because the young lady who was to be our server, dumped us on someone else. He salvaged it as best he could and earned his 20% tip.
He was friendly, didn't rush us and went to the trouble to be sure he brought me the best Scotch he could find - Dewar's 12yr old. Not what I wanted, but they didn't have it.
I had the filet lunch, very good and cooked properly.
A few disappointments here. With Cattlemen's around the corner, I think my friend would probably have appreciated that more.
Just because we're not sexy young girls doesn't mean we deserve to be stuck in the back and passed around. I'm a snotty Dallas diner who expects and pays for a nice dining experience.
I doubt I'll be back here for some time. Ha, and I'll be even older then!

We enjoyed our server very much. Food was good and reasonably priced. Encouraged to hear they are remodeling next year. Would most definitely return. The coffee ice cream pie was exceptional!

Booked a table. Got seated, no waters. They took the drink order and then ignored us for 20 minutes. We never got the drinks, couldn't order food so we left for the restaurant next door. They don't need your business apparently.
