Read reviews that this restaurant had "gone downhill." Did not find that to be true. Food was excellent and the portions generous. A guest could see the kitchen and the people working diligently in it. The waitress we had (did not get her name) was accommodating. We celebrated our anniversary there, and she asked us about how long and generally was engaging about what we would be doing in Fort Worth to celebrate. Arrived on time for our reservation, there was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected during a busy dinner time. Had requested a booth but none were available so we waited. As a booth became available it was inadvertently given to another party but these things happen. As it was, we got the best booth in the house, right under the three buffalo!!!
