Well, I’m sad to report that after many times of visiting this place, we were completely embarrassed by our waiter. We received our bill and paid cash for the amount listed on the receipt. As we were getting up to leave, our waiter loudly expressed that the tip wasn’t included and handed us back the bill book.

We were a party of two, with a 1 year old and you basically did your job. We always leave a generous tip for the times we’ve visited in the past. I kindly left the bill book with the amount we were REQUIRED to pay, and if you thought that receiving a tip AFTER you embarrassed us in front if that party of 7, you’re sadly mistaken. We will not visit this establishment moving forward and it sucks, because this place is actually pretty good.

Check your camera feed - Hibachi table in the middle, African American gentleman in the Black Mike Tyson shirt, approx 1730 on March 15.
The remaining party looked at us as if we were skipping the bill.

Completely uncalled for and embarrassed as hell.

If the gratuity is mandatory, add it to the bill. Good luck…

We had 7pm reservation for group of 10 and was seated on time. It seems dark inside but when seated at grill not so bad.
We had the Miso and Salad to start I had the Korean BBQ with mixed vegetables and fried rice, the wife had a Sushi Roll and I can't remember which one, but it was very good and she shared. The beef was better than I expected doused in soy sauce very tender the vegetables were really good and fresh, fried rice was a meh.
Service was good drinks were mixed well, this was all about celebrating our Gransons 11 birthday which he loved. A really neat place to celebrate for the kids which they can interact with the chef and family. Needless to say he had a blast and that made it a great evening.

Overall the food was good. The hibachi cooks do need training on cross contamination. My husband and I both ordered the vegetarian veggies and tofu hibachi. The cook started with the rice, then the chicken, and then the tofu, all cooking at the same time. He used the same utensils and cooked the tofu in the same spot as the chicken. At other hibachi places, they cook the tofu first as to not cross contaminate. It was also freezing cold at our table until the grill was started. It was super cold outside but they had cold air literally blowing at our seats. Just a few notes for improvement.

Literally had a reservation for 8 pm, they told us they would seat us “as soon as possible.” Only for us to watch multiple parties be sat before us for the next 30 minutes. The lady at the front counter also took our pager from us when we asked the first time when we would be seated.

She then asked us for our pager number? How would we know if you took it from us? Her response was simply “I did? When?”

This was an utter joke of an experience.

For a fun night out with the family and some little entertainment for yourselves while not needing to go into the city this is a decent place for a quick get together.

Hibachi side is old and dated. We went for lunch and the Hibachi Chef was too quick in making our food. The vegetables were not cooked all the way/ we were not able to eat and the meat was over cooked. When he left he didn’t clean his grill. I complained to management and was told that next time I can request hibachi chef that I didn’t have to use the one given to me. (Made no sense)
Was given 10% off and left food behind.

The girl at the front has horrible customer service. Feigned ignorance when she took our pager’s from us. By the way this was 30 minutes AFTER our reservation at 8 pm went past.

Horrible experience. Don’t go here.

Chef and food were exceptional! Drink service and the wait staff were sub par. Never had dishes cleared or drinks refilled.

Food was good. Experience was good. Staff friendly. Celebrated a birthday and they brought out fresh pineapple with sparkles and sang. I'd definitely state allergies ahead of time because same grill and spatula used on all meats. I'd go back.

Service was terrible tonight. Usually good but not tonight unfortunately. Never received our appetizer. Server was inattentive and we had to ask the hibachi cook to get her. The prices are too high for this level of service. The restaurant lost money because our server did not bring the sushi, didn't get the order correct, did not come back to check on us.

We arrived here for my son's birthday dinner before 7 PM. We were told the wait could be about an hour, but likely closer to 45-50 minutes. Not ideal, but we get it. It's a weekend and this is where our son wanted his birthday dinner. We wait... And wait. We've been there for over an hour now and I hear this family come in and say that they've got a reservation, but it's not for another 45 minutes. They were seated right away, even though we'd been there waiting for longer than we'd been told. My son went up and asked what the wait time is looking like now because we've been here for almost an hour and a half. He's told 10-15 minutes. Another 20 minutes go by and we just continue to see other people seated that arrived after us. We go up again and are told we are next, so we move inside the main area. We are asked what our buzzer number is and he's like "oh, your table is ready now"...even though the buzzer never went off. The sweet family that was in the lobby with us for a bit, that arrived an hour and a half after us with no reservation were even seated before us! Finally seated, our drink order was not even taken for 20 minutes. We sat for about 45 minutes before our food order was taken. In the end, we didn't get out of there until after 10:30! Also, I had told the waiter it was my son's birthday for the special that they do....yeah...it never happened. The soup was just broth, no onions or mushrooms (probably since it was the last of the soup being served for the night). The salad didn't arrive until after the chef. The chef was good and the kids thought he was funny, but the overall service was awful and way overpriced.
