This place is amazing and has authentic burgers that are fresh every time I order. I can drive all the way home and my cheese is still hot and fresh. The company is also giving out complimentary pup cups with every purchase, which is a thoughtful gesture! I’d give it 5 stars across the board. ♥️ They also have yummy turkey burgers!!!!

I’ve been here probably 15 times. Something is always broken (air conditioning, soda machine, etc). It’s a jump ball whether they’re gonna make your order correctly. And yet I keep coming back, so…

It's decent food, but you understand you're paying for the atmosphere. They go above and beyond to be friendly and keep the patio and playground clean and safe for the kids.

Good 🍔. It leans more toward the bougie side with burger combos, but I guess that's the appeal for younger generation.

I ordered 2 salads, 1 chicken grill and the other crispy chicken. I received both grill. I asked for balsamic dressing and received nothing. I ordered chicken nuggets and wasn't inside the bag, I had to ask for the nuggets. They need to pay more attention, usually I don't check the order immediately because I have cars behind me, but isn't correct.

I ate here Saturday night payed over $15 for a small double meat burger ,was not cooked fresh ,with a half a piece of bacon cut in half also the fries were old ... got sick as a dog within an hour of eating had to pull over to puke , plus had bad case of diarrhea all night !!! Bad case of food poison ,very bad experience...

This was a very disappointing trip. We've been here several times with our family and this was likely the last. Soggy upgrade fries, forgotten upgrade toppings, forgotten ungrade bun. The fried pickles were so salty they were inedible. The star of the show were the fountain drinks. The place is filthy. It also took over 30 minutes to get 4 burgers and a kid nugget meal. $75 later, we are very unimpressed.

I ordered the fried pickles the other day and they were so salty that if a slug had walked past my table, it would’ve spontaneously combusted. I took one bite and felt like I’d licked Poseidon’s armpit. Had to toss them, sadly after one bite.

That being said, the turkey burger I had last time was too salty too. I don't know who's sabotaging the food there, but please stop, and go back to the way it was. Salt's biggest fan has been on shift lately. I've eaten there enough times to know it's not always like this (and used to love it), but it's gotten HORRIBLE and also the soda and condiment area is always filthy.

Great place for a simple burger and room to play for your kids. No frills- but never bad. A great go to

Firstly I’d like to say the customer service August 15th around 2:30 was PHENOMENAL. The young lady at the register was excellent at her job, and I genuinely appreciate the friendly welcome and goodbye. So job well done on customer service skills. I had never been here before and was really in the mood for a burger and fries. It was on my way home from work so I thought, let me give this a whirl. So I placed my order ($16 for a veggie burger combo-a little steep) got a sweet tea (perfectly sweet) lemons were FRESH, I gathered up one of each dip to try. Found my way to a table in the corner and took a seat. I did notice it was incredibly humid and sticky in the place. Tables and chairs definitely could’ve used a wipe down, floors could’ve been hit with a mop. It did take quite a while for my order to come out. Not a huge deal, I don’t mind waiting. A young man brought my order to me. I appreciated not having to retrieve it. Now let’s talk about the food… the burger was cooked correctly, a nice crust on the patty but not burnt. I’ve had a million veggie burgers but this simply lacked any flavor at all. I couldn’t figure out why the only flavor profile I was experiencing was old stale grease. Nothing else. Fries were underwhelming, same old grease taste. Could have used some more seasoning and maybe a bit longer in the fryer. Actually, I’d scrap the French fries all together and do fresh cut fries. A burger place NEEDS a solid sidekick. So, overall I just didn’t enjoy the meal. Like my daddy always said, “Hey, it did the job.” When a meal wasn’t good growin up. And indeed it did, I wasn’t hungry at all anymore. Haha. I do wish this place well, very genuine crew, so I acknowledge those guys. But I definitely wouldn’t eat here again.

This place uses gluten free as a way to make you pay MASSIVELY for mediocre fast food thats rarely ever cooked as ordered. Every single time my order is wrong. Every single time. The fries are always soggy, loaded with grease, if you get loaded fries or tots they wont come with actually melted cheese, just a few pieces of shredded cheese thrown on top and expected to melt. They skimp massively on sauces you order, which sucks because the burgers and nuggets are overall bland and insanely dry. Ive given them 3 chances. Theyre absolutely not worth their insane prices. Theyre charging quality burger prices for literal fast food. Its the same basic, thin, chewy, tasteless burger you find at McDonald's or burger king but for 3x the price.
