Everything I go to this Hatcreek I get a little more disappointed. It was so good when they opened. Bow, the service and food quality is random at best. Tonight I got chili, which was great the first time I ordered it. Tonight it was like a bowl of dry taco seasoned meat with cheese on top. It's dry! How do you make dry chili?! Not thick. I do know chili. It's like they forgot some tomato in the batch or something. Everyone makes mistakes, but they chose to serve it...
I’m a relatively new customer. I went for my 3rd visit yesterday & it was the only time I’ve been disappointed. I try to get something different each time I go to a new place that I like.

Really good food! I have several food allergies . I am grateful for their gluten-free fried chicken nuggets, fried pickles and bun that are egg-free, as well. Burger was delicious and fried pickles are good too! My little girl had a lot of fun playing on their play equipment. This will be one of our new favorites!
