When order, head to the front register then explore the options on the menu over the register. After you place your order, choose your table and your meal will arrive to your table by the number they provide you after placing your order. The food was okay. I thought I ordered a bone in combo but tenders arrived to my table. I didn't send it back. I was in a rush plus the gentlemen who brought my order was super kind.
The taste for me was not unique to a brand. I guess I was expecting a signature receipe. It taste bland. The freshness was there and cooked to order, but I was not taken back from the sauce I selected. I guess I expected more. I definitely will try them again.

If you're thinking about visiting HCK Chicken, do it! The sauce is flavorful and the waffles were THE BEST waffles I've ever had. This place is such a hidden gem and an unsuspecting surprise. The restaurant was clean inside, the staff were friendly, the tap water tasted fresh and clean, and the decor was super cute and on brand.

I had high hopes for this hot chicken spot, but unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown. I should have known by the lack of customers right in the middle of dinner time 6pm and it was a ghost town.
The food was disgusting, the macaroni has some nasty tasting mayonnaise sauce, who even does that? Why would anyone put mayonnaise in macaroni and cheese? The wings were probably not cooked high enough because they were disgustingly cold and dripping with an almost rancid or mildewy smelling oil... far from the spicy, juicy chicken we were advertised and that we expected.
We both were so disgusted and disappointed we just threw the so-called food in the trash like where it tasted it originated from and went to McDonald's, where you at least know what to expect.
To make matters worse, when we called to address our issues, we were treated with complete and total disrespect, and as condescending as you could possibly treat another human, let alone a CUSTOMER! He acted like we were the PROBLEM and that we were just dumb. WHO DOES THAT? THE OWNER ACTUALLY...BILLY WAS HIS NAME! ... WOW!! After his belittling lesson on chicken temperature, he immediately dismissed any and all our concerns, making us feel like we didn’t know anything about food. Any points we tried to make to him were rudely cut-off mid-sentence, as he would harshly interrupt and object immediately, arguing that nothing was wrong with the food, and it was us that was stupid, - definitely not the way an owner should treat an unhappy patron of his probably soon-to-be-closed down establishment. If you could even call it that... The whole horrible experience cost us 45$, for 2 people... Plus they AUTOMATICALLY ADDED A 5$ TIP WITHOUT ASKING ME!!! Customer service is just as important as the food itself, and this place failed so miserably on both fronts.
We definitely won’t be coming back and will make everyone I know, and will also make sure everyone of the over 2 million viewers of my reviews and pictures on Google know..... NEVER-EVER, FOR ANY REASON EAT HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE DINING OUT EVER!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS THEY WOULD HAVE A NEGATIVE 6!!!

This is the best chicken sandwich place in Fort Worth. Fries have amazing seasoning, get special sauce and cheese sauce for fries.
The sandwiches are delicious! The chicken is done up right with sauce covering the whole thing. The fries are excellent! Crisp and firm with seasoning all over.
Heed my warning! The Medic is aptly named. After you eat it, your tears will burn causing you to call emergency services. Haha
My only negatives…
1. 30 mins for a sandwich and fries is too long 2. In the evening hours, close the blinds 3. Fix the feet of chairs to avoid them making more noise than the highway traffic.

I was stoked to try this place after reading the reviews. I tend to look at the bad reviews first, so I was iffy about going, but the good reviews still pulled me in. Needless to say, the bad reviews were definitely right on target. The chicken was over breaded and the texture was rubbery and hard to pull from the bone. I ate part of one wing, put it down because of the texture, and decided to try another piece, it was exactly the same. I’m not one to complain so I just boxed it up and left. Everyone has different taste buds so I say you never know if you like it until you try it. I will say, the fries were the best part.
