They keep messing up my order! They charge extra for ham and cheese, so I pay the extra $2, I get my sandwich thinking I got what I ordered, and when I get to my desk, the extra stuff I ordered is not even there. This is not the first time it happened! One time I got JUST ham and cheese but nothing else in the sandwich

Always a terrible experience. Go for breakfast, bacon is burned and eggs are watery. Burritos are soggy. I had a fruit cup with mold. Oatmeal that was just oats in water. Go for lunch and your panini is so wet, the bread disintegrates. So many more examples. It's honestly mind blowing. The staff is always super sweet but the cooks obviously aren't cooks. these are some very simple menu items that are done confusingly terrible. Is there no one supervising or maybe no one cares? idk.

Ordered 4 items, courier told me only 2 were available (side items) I called the location to get a refund but they do not answer the phone. Still waiting on $15 refund.EDIT: to answer the owner- NO I never received a refund!

Grabbed a chicken parm panini here while at a conference. Service was fast and friendly and the sandwich was good and hot.

When you're waiting for your order for over 30 minutes and it's wrong, that tells me that they need to do a better job. Additionally, the first item I ordered (gyro bowl) had greasy, old, frozen "lamb", and my hamburger had zero seasoning, and I had to send it back because it was missing the items I paid extra to add. I'd never come back.
