I ordered a large amount of food online for delivery. I was unhappy with the quality of the food I received. I called the store directly and spoke with Sandra, very rude I might add. She insisted that there was something wrong with me instead of the food?? I couldn’t wrap my head around what she was saying. The taste and the quality was not up to par with my usual orders from here. Apparently they do not care about customer satisfaction. I would get rid of said employee she will hurt sales. I will order from a different location from now on. Very disappointed

So, I just moved to town and Honey Baked Ham was a family favorite until today’s experience. I ordered the 1lb sliced roasted turkey, placed a few pieces on my 1 year old’s plate, then started eating one myself and immediately realized the disgusting taste and slime from the meat. The date on the package says January 25th, but this is false. Today is January 23rd and this is not edible. Now my family has to find a whole new option for tonight’s dinner. Honestly, I’ll never choose Honey Baked Hams again, especially this location.
Update: After speaking with their General Manager they aren’t willing to provide a refund, nor credit to purchase sides rather than the meat that I’ve already stated I don’t want. All they’ll offer is another order of their meat because I’m a single mother who couldn’t make the 15 minute drive to pick my order up on this day. Excuses Excuses , money down the drain!!!

Worst ham I've ever bought there. The ham had no honey crust on it at all. Bought and took home to pop it in the refrigerator. 10 minute drive.
For Christmas dinner when I unwrapped it, it had a honey liquid in the bottom of the foil wrapping, but had no honey glazed crust on the ham at all.
Next year, I'll save some money and bake a spiral ham from the store and glaze myself.

I place an order for a ham on 12/18 and scheduled to pick it up on 12/23. I had my order confirmation showing the total was supposed to be $54. When I waited in line to pick up the ham. The employee was extremely rude and told me the ham was not available, and charged me $78. This is absolute price gouging and this practice is unacceptable. This is the first and last time that I will shop at this deplorable business. Shame on you for being unethical crooks.

Bought 2 roasted turkey breasts for a family holiday only to be told at pickup they only had smoked. Half of my family hates smoked turkeys, this completely ruined our holiday.

I preordered and prepaid for a ham, turkey, rolls, and a cinnamon walnut coffee cake. When I arrived at the store to pickup my preorder scheduled for 9 AM, the cinnamon coffee cake was missing. I asked where my cake was and she said “Oh we’re out of coffee cake”. I said I had prepaid in advance and she said “ Well, what do you want”. I asked “what do you have?” She then told me the desserts available and I got the carrot cake. If you preorder items to pick up at a certain time, they should fulfill those orders online and put aside for scheduled pick up time. The walk-in orders should not be able to purchase cake if all the preordered customers have not arrived yet to get their cake. That is the purpose of ordering online a day in advance, to insure your order will be fulfilled and available for pickup. Poor planning and management.

I picked up a smoked turkey from here about a week or so ago to have for Christmas. First off, the service was absolutely terrible. I had a Hispanic woman help me, and she barely spoke to me. She seemed annoyed by me. I wasn't rude or anything to her. She made me feel uncomfortable. Now on to the turkey.. it was $70.. which is crazy, especially considering the size of it. It was very small. I justified the price though because I was sure it would taste amazing. I was wrong. I heated it up exactly how it suggested.. it came out INCREDIBLY dry and the flavor was not good. The "dark meat" was incredibly pink and kind of gross looking. I would not recommend buying their whole turkeys. Waste of damn money. My husband and I tossed the meat after everyone ate.. it was that bad. All in all, I will NEVER go back to honey baked ham.
