This was our first time to Hudson House and arrived around 5 pm. We chose to sit at a high top communal table. We had someone come by and say someone would be by to help us. 10 minutes later no one had come by so we moved to the bar. Despite the bartender being right in front of us he did not acknowledge us. We finally asked another bartender who came over from the other side of the bar if we could order drinks and she took our order. She gave great service. Not sure what was going on with the male bartender standing in front of us. The fish tacos were delicious and the burger was okay. Not sure if will return.

We were excited to try Hudson House for dinner. We had the reservation for weeks. The evening started out well with an appetizer and drinks. We ordered our entrees and enjoyed conversation. My fiancé had 3/4 of her meal on the plate when the server asked if he could box it up for her. At that point it was evident that because the entrees were nearing an end there was a pressure to hurry up and vacate the table. We still wanted dessert and more drinks. Keep in mind, we were actively ordering food and drinks the entire time. It was disappointing the experience felt pressured since we had been looking forward to this. When we finished dessert, and were nearly done with drinks we were asked to leave to make room for others. We spent over 400.00, had three rounds of drinks, an appetizer costing 87.00, entrees and desserts. It was a rushed experience which took away from the ambience and the experience. The point of the dinner was to enjoy conversation with a good friend we hadn’t seen in forever and have a good dining experience.

EXCELLENT cocktails & great food! The atmosphere is great. They have fish brought in fresh daily, the red fish is one of my favorite's! Ahi tuna salad was another favorite! The home made chips with the guacamole are BOMB! Love the espresso martini! For dessert try the key lime pie 🥧 Parking can be a little tough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely recommend you give this place a try!
