The customer service my wife and I received was HORRIBLE! Find people who are just as passionate as you about your business. THE DONUT WAS NOT FRESH. Very disappointing. Then we asked the guy if he had recommendations, the gentleman stated, “The donuts sell. I don’t eat sweets so I can’t tell you.” What kind of customer service is that?
Very dirty. Everywhere. No napkins available. The girl in the back was making donuts with no gloves. The guy at the register was very nice and friendly just wish it was cleaner. Even though the place was empty every table was dirty. Crumps all over the floor. Glass doors look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. All the donuts looked amazing but unfortunately not sure if we’ll be back.
Solid doughnut eatery with massive bear claws. Place is open all day and night. Staff are cordial and doughnuts are filling. They can be heavy so I recommend getting fewer with the mindset they each will more easily fill you up. Parking can be dicey.
