Manager is very rude on the phone hearing someone tell others I will slap you definitely shouldn’t talk to employees that way . I eat here all the time sometimes big orders and some small I call to get one order of pasta they say no about my delivery ver unprofessional customer service and the manager tell me they have no system with a delivery order from recently showing that I ordered here multiple times been in restaurants business for a long time don’t believe that personally but very rude customer service from a Manager is so unprofessional

We arrived around 8:45PM and am impressed with how they gave service as if it wasn’t getting close to closing, that is a HUGE plus! I did not catch our waitress’s name however she was lovely and did an excellent job continuously checking in on us. The ambience was great, with a mix people and also a family or two. My friend and I ordered garlic knots, calamari, chicken parmigiana, 2 slices of pepperoni pizza, and spaghetti with meat sauce. I ate every single spec of food on my plates as it was top notch. All in all, we probably spent around an hour at the restaurant and enjoyed every moment while making jokes, laughing, and eating our food. We were definitely treated like family and highly recommend to anyone in need of some great Italian food! My friend said, “it was really fire bro”!

The very same friend and I wanted to eat here again after such a wonderful experience on our initial visit. We sat at the exact same table with the same server. (She remembered us.) In spite of how busy it was, the restaurant seemed clean and the service was exceptional. We both had the spaghetti with meat sauce. Hot, fresh, and delicious! The prices also seemed reasonable considering the serving sizes. Please try this place. You won't be disappointed.

I had a calzone here and it was pretty great as calzone go. They put a lot of cheese inside theirs and the ranch is pretty good. I like that they let you add toppings to the calzone inside.

My favorite, favorite gluten free pizza. And Jon is always excited about their traditional pizza as well. We have likely ordered more pizza from here than I'm willing to admit. But it's so consistently delicious every time. The gluten free dough is not too thin and has great texture -- a good chew throughout and a fantastic crunch on the crust, and it is really well seasoned. Tastes buttery! And I like all the toppings, really. But I'll typically end up getting pepperoni, jalapeños, mushrooms, maybe onions or olives. I like all the veggies, and luckily Hysen's ingredients always seem to be top quality.

The food is great, I'm not sure what happened to the previous Italian employees but I will say the staff is now friendly. It no longer feels like the workers are loathing me for ordering food. My prior review from years ago commented on how the food was great but the staff had attitude issues (the 4 likes on my comment are from the old comment, not this updated one).
