The place looked pretty sketchy and unclean, with random furnitures stuffed in the middle of the room. The pictures on the wall looked like they're for a burger place.
The server was friendly and the pho tasted okay, but they served it with lemon instead of lime, which doesn't seem very authentic.
Call to complain about the food. Charlie got a really bad attitude told him I am sick with food poisoning and I threw away the food. Why am I going to keep food in my fridge to contaminate my other food he said he cannot refund without food. I will find a way to get my $30 on poor quality of food. Never have I experienced bad service or food until last night sick like a dog right now.

I recently visited PAPPACHANG I-PHO #1 and had a mixed experience with the service charge and food. Upon checking my receipt, I noticed that I was charged a card processing fee despite paying in cash. Imagine to all thise that dont ask for a receipt?? Additionally, my order for a small lunch with rice replaced by lo mein, a boba drink, and two fresh rolls ended up costing almost $30 due to each item being charged separately. While the food was good, I found the prices to be a bit steep, especially considering the extra charges incurred. Overall, they do offer tasty dishes but be prepared for potentially higher costs than expected due to separate item pricing and additional fees
