I had went to ihop the other day and the service was great, very friendly staff… however there was hair in 2 of our plates of food, and the has browns were freezing cold.. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant.

The food was cold, and bacon was undercooked. I asked for a pineapple splasher, which was advertised with fruit chunks, and when I got it, it didn't come with any of the fruit and barely even tasted like pineapple. As for the service the waitress came and drop off our food and never came back until she brought the check.
