Went in around 8:30 am, and it wasn't too busy. Food came out quick and was very good.

I did not know they did take out their service was really good especially when you only have to wait 5 minutes there was a really nice lady up front I don't know who she is but I give thank yous because how they separate their food makes it to where you can eat it and he's still stays warm after an hour I recommend this place they need a raise and they need some good tips I love IHOP

This location is dirty. I came with the intention of eating but quickly left after I saw all the trash & sticky floors. There were at least 5 people standing around doing nothing. & only about 5 tables in the restaurant.. so it's dirty & not even busy... so no excuse. Also was not acknowledged at all the entire 4 minutes I was there. I took my business elsewhere. Lazy employees!!

Got to go food and they always forget something. I ordered eggs Benedict and it came with no hollandaise sauce. I didn't notice until I got home.Train your employees to make sure people get everything in their order. It's not that hard to do.

IHOP may not be the trendiest spot in town, but it certainly holds its own in terms of quality service and delicious food. During our visit, our server impressed us with her attentiveness and pleasant demeanor, despite just finishing with a rowdy table of drunk college students. Her professionalism added to the positive dining experience. When it came to the food, IHOP delivered on flavor and value. The menu offered a variety of options, from classic breakfast staples to hearty lunch and dinner dishes. Each item we ordered was cooked to perfection and left us satisfied without breaking the bank. The reasonable prices make IHOP a great choice for families, students, or anyone looking for a filling meal without emptying their wallet. While the atmosphere may not scream "trendy," IHOP's comfortable and familiar setting provides a welcoming environment for diners of all ages. Whether you're craving pancakes at midnight or a savory burger for lunch, IHOP remains a reliable choice for satisfying cravings any time of day. Overall, our experience at IHOP was a reminder that sometimes, sticking with the classics pays off.

Thursday evening, short staffed, but the waitresses were moving to the beat. I got sw breakfast bowl w/fruit and it was good, lacked spice. RR were clean and crew were chugging along the dinner rush.

We went to this location the other night on National Pancake day for the free short stack. The waitress wasn't rude or anything, she just never came to check on us after the food arrived (quite quickly I might add.)I didn't expect to get high service since it was a freebie day.Pancakes were...ok. They were free. There was no syrup served with the pancakes, we just found a random one on a nearby table but it only had on a few ounces left it. I guess they weren't going to refill them until free pancake day was over. The booth we sat in needs an upgrade, that's all I'll say about the ambience.Didn't get any napkins with the food. Also didn't ask (didn't want to press my luck on freebie day). Also, with the syrup dispenser being so sticky, I wanted to clean my hands. No sanitizer available, although the manager did look for it.All in all, it was an ok experience. I imagine they were probably bombarded that day with folks looking for free pancakes so me and my daughter ate ours quickly without bothering the waitress, then cleaned up after ourselves and left.

To begin with, it took a long time to serve the food, and when they brought the food the portions were very small. The very friendly waitress was the only good thing.

My neighborhood IHOP is on Alta Mesa. Let me start by saying that one is excellent. We were on the other end of town, so I thought we would try the one on University Avenue. All started well, but then it was as if the waitress became distracted, and once there were too many customers, she could not do as well as she was doing. She told my wife her jacket was too long hanging on the chair and it was getting in the way off her walking to other customers and that she might want to move it. My wife is one that likes to exceed the customary tipping percentages when things go well, but she was so disturbed during this visit she only gave the minimum required amount. I will say the food was great, but this probably will not become the IHOP I go to the most.

A little more expensive this year than the last. However, my son's birthday is Jan 1st and we have a ten year streak of midnight breakfast!
