Food came cold to the table. Waitress was Natalia, extremely poor service. Checked on our table once beyond giving us our food and initial drinks. Took 20 minutes just to take out order. Had to ask her for everything we got. Keep in mind there were only, at max 5 other tables other than ours and 3 different waitresses. Overall, a poor experience.

I had the jalapeño kick burger and OMG I was shocked! It was so yummy. The serano and jalapeños definitely gave it a big kick. He ordered the fisherman platter and was stuffed. It was crunchy and great favors. The Cod was perfectly cooked.

They have cut corners on every level, from the chicken sandwich patty they serve in substitute of chicken fried chicken to serving burnt scrambled eggs. The product and service has diminished beyond repair. This is the 3rd attempt in a row that has proved that the franchise and not merely a single location is at an all time low. There is no way I can justify wasting my time at IHOP ever again.
