Let me preface my spiel with saying that this is the only time Iāve ever written a review on ANYTHING. The service was good, he was a nice kid I donāt have a problem with him by any means. Thereās nothing Iād like more than to never cross paths with this abhorrence for my love of breakfast ever again. I wanted to go to ihop after a long day to feel warm and cozy, I left feeling defiled like a slimey dying fish gasping for the moisture of the sea. Like a bird with his tree chopped down for lumber, I left with nothing else to lose. Iāll never forgive you

I came in to place a to go order and I would like to recognize SKY and JAMEY for their exceptional customer service, care & attention to detail. The restaurant was busy but they both made sure to cater to everyone in the lobby's needs and ensure order accuracy!

I am an ihop veteran. Pumpkin pancakes were the best part of my meal. This location has really gone the wrong way. My Philly was dry over and undercooked all at the same time. The bread was cold and hard. My ticket was about $60 sum $ before Tip kinda wild for thrown together bs. Altamesa location has a bit more pride in their food.

I will never come to this IHOP again. Iām usually very lenient when it comes to bad customer service but this experience really upset me. The host who was at the front on 10/19/25 between 10:30am-11:00am skipped me. The host said to me āGive me just a secā after telling him Iām here for a party of 2 and proceeded to ask the ones waiting in line behind me. The lady that was next right after me (who he also skipped w/ a party of 2) interfered and told the host āWait up, Iām next!ā And the host took her name down and didnāt even bother to ask me again and take my name down, he still proceeded to ask for the ones behind us with a party of 5+. Like I said I am very lenient and didnāt say anything but this made me very upset and I walked out with my son. We came to The Original Pancake House which is down the freeway instead. They have a kiosk where you can sign in yourself and I think this is a much better service.
