Food is decent but service at this restaurant and location is atrocious! Except to wait on everything while the wait staff chitchat and sit around. Definitely not returning or recommending to anyone

My husband and I gave the service 5 stars of the manger on duty.. We came in the server was a little bit busy The manager sit us down, give us our drinks.. not only us but the others customers after our orders were taken…, the same manager delivered our food gave us all what we ask for like the hot sauce and syrup….. we were looking at her the whole time we were at the restaurant…she was checking on each and everyone to make sure everyone okay gave us our refills not only us but the others too….it was 8:30 pm when we came she is a black lady with strong accent she is not from here we know that for sure….. we will be back thanks for your service

Never had a bad visit except the time the syrup lid wasn't screwed on and dumped syrup all over me at 12 yrs old. Most justified tantrum ever.

In my opinion best time to go is at 2am - 5am. Xavier will get you right. He always take care of me and check on me. He a great man and waiter. If there's any problems he fixes it quickly.
We had a new server - first day. He did great. However, the food wasn’t great. I ordered eggs Benedict which I’ve had at other locations and it was good. Here, they obviously don’t know how to poach an egg. It was hard-boiled egg texture. The Hollandaise sauce tasted more like gravy. And at other locations I asked for it on sautéed spinach instead of the English muffin, and it was no problem. They didn’t get it right here. The put a measly few leaves of spinach on top of the muffin, and they charged me a $1.50 for the privilege. I don’t have extremely high expectations for ihop, but I do expect consistency of a chain restaurant. They didn’t get it right at this location.
