I am shocked this place has 3.8 stars. All 4 times i have been here the service has been bad. Examples. One girl seemed to have a crappy attitude for no apparent reason. Maybe a bad day for her. Another time acted like they couldn't make a simple request asking for the egg to be differently than what menu stated. Other times once you do finally get to order and get your food; they will take forever to come back. You will have to get their attention. It's not bc they are busy you are waiting it's bc they are laughing and talking. I hate that bc they are very close but I refuse to go there now and getting bad service repeatedly.

Absolutely the worst consistent service at this location. Staff took nearly 10 minutes to seat us and after sitting for another 15 minutes, nobody came to take our order. Staff were just standing in the kitchen chatting, while several customers (including ourselves) were just sitting and waiting for service. We eventually walked out. Recommend going 10 minutes down the road to their other location off of I-30 & Collins St, because it can’t be much worse than this location.

This was the worst breakfast I have ever eaten. The pancakes was hard...where do they do that at. ( at IHOP) Pancakes are to be cooked fluffy. The cooks need to be removed.Breakfast is the easy meal to cook. Hashbrown was cold. GRITS 😱😱😤🤮🤮. I will never eat at IHOP again. Me and my hubby would eat at IHOP every Wed. nite 1st time at this location.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿. Well you know I can say the coffee was aight it was fresh at least they got that part. 14.14$ refund please.☹️☹️☹️

WHERE, do I start; I visited this IHOP location on 23 January 2025, there were 5 Police vehicles there (good to see because most IHOPS have been taken over, by trouble making youths), upon entering there was a woman, on the wait bench NAPPING!!! the for and rug was FILTHY, I WAITED at the counter, to be seated, as there was NO ONE, receiving new customers! When I was FINALLY seated, I ordered coffee and a spinach and mushroom omelet...it was a horrible little omelette; half-cooked mushrooms, SOGGLY tomatoes and, the eggs were DRY!!!! Also, I was in the place approximately 53 minutes and, the booth next to me, STAYED DIRTY WITH PLATES OF leftover strawberry pancakes and empty glasses...WHAT shift manager, ALLOWS tables, to go uncleaned for that long??? The two waitresses that worked the place, one ( Caucasian female, Adrienne S), was handling FOOD and running the register, handling DIRTY CASH; not once did I observe her cleansing or sanitizing, her hands!!!

I know their foods are NOT considered The Best by some Folks, but they're Still Delicious and it Doesn't cost a whole lot to eat here, i Love their 🥞 pancakes, their different varieties of breakfast plates and their shakes are Super YUMMY, lol! 😋 The employees here are Always NICE to Me when i stop by, which is why i stop by often. 😎 👍
Parking: Duuuh, it's FREE parking people so QUIT asking about the parking, and Yes there's Always handicapped parking in the majority of restaurants!

(I have updated this post at the end.) My wife and I made a mobile order while sitting in the car outside the restaurant at 11:14 am. The app said the order would be ready at 11:31 am. I went inside at about 11:34. After the employee mentioned twice during my wait that the manager can't find an order for Sharon, and having to correct her on the name on the order, I waited for an additional 30 minutes. When the manager came out at 12:04 he said he had two orders with the same name as ours. I told him the one with the burrito is ours. The order was then handed to me by the manager at 12:12 pm. Each time I've used the mobile order for food to go I've had long waits. Today, each table that walked in was seated, without waiting, so it wasn't too busy. The experience would have been better dining in. Also, the bacon in my burrito was not cooked thoroughly, or just had a lot of fat. I rarely complain, but waiting an hour for food that seemed to have been rushed was excessive. The manager said I'll get "some" of my money back. I will wait to see if that happens. It should have been free. I'm never using the mobile order or ordering to go again.
UPDATE: I spoke with the manager and he has refunded our money and apologized. I changed the rating of the service to 4 stars. There was a mix up with our order. I will continue dine-in only when going to iHop.

Great place for having a wonderful breakfast which I always enjoy is IHOP. We always love their menu item split breakfast with French toast with Hashbrown Omelette with Sausage. It’s a great meal combination. It’s their most popular item on the Menu. Nothing beats IHOP in Breakfast. They are the Best place for morning meal.

I dont know why my family and I continue to come to this IHop. It has the worst service. It is always empty inside, yet still takes forever to get your food. If you order a salad or an appetizer, they bring it out with your food instead of prior to you getting your food. The servers will ignore your table, and don't seem to ever care that they mess up you order. Food comes out cold, wrong sides are brought out, meat is over cooked. Absolutely terrible service. Do not eat here. This time I received a slightly warm burger, cold onion rings, my wife's steak was overcooked, and our salads came out with our food. Service is horrible.
This was inevitable the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, my meal was cold the servers were disorganized and disrespectful. Never again

Food was okay. I was actually served bad avocado on a hamburger. Server even told me they were told it was bad.? Server was very friendly and attentive. And finally this particular IHOP unfortunately has been allowed to degrade/not well maintained.

1:19 till 1:34 waiting more than 20 minutes no greeting or anything server passed by us more than 5 times and completely ignored us. This behavior is unacceptable and something needs to be done, amber was the server on duty and we were sat in her section, I am a server at a different ihop and this isn’t acceptable at all
