Ellie was an amazing server when I spoke with her during our interaction she was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed as soon as she could she checked on us numerous times and made sure our drinks were full every time she noticed they were low we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Ihop

I specifically called the store for a Togo order and spoke with Brandon. I specifically asked for extra butter and syrup and he said he would make it happen. Upon receiving my order I did not receive my butter or extra syrup.” 10/17 I’m editing my review because I spoke with the GM Christina and she was very polite, respectful, and professional and address all my issues. Thank you again “ editing my Review 12/16 had the same issue. I called and a man answered the phone, I asked for extra butter and still only received one packet of butter. Smh plus forgot the sausage in my omelette
