An IHOP that shuts down due to shortage of staff. What a joke. Guess they need to remove the 24 hour 7 day a week catch phrase. This place just needs to shut down. If you can't staff the place don't remain open. Just close.

It’s Ramadan, you think they would make sure they stay staffed at night. Walked into this 24/7 location to be turned away due to them “doing inventory” don’t know who the manager on duty was but it was the morning on the March 25th at 4:00am.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Ihop doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Been here twice and both times we waited 1hr and 40mins for our food. That is ridiculous! The 1st time it was dine in. We assumed it was just a bad day but the 2nd time we ordered online and same thing. We waited literally 1hr and 43mins and my order wasn't even right. I was missing food and had to wait even longer. By the time I ate my food it was cold and with no flavor. Just recently read the reviews and this seems to be a re-occurring issue which is ridiculous because you would think that they would do something about it to fix the issue but they obviously don't care about the customers.

A location that feels like they’ve just completely given up. We put in an order for food and it took AN HOUR AND A HALF before it was ready. Once we start eating the food, we found out it was cold. Not like “got a little cold while on the way home” cold, either. I’m talking about “it’s been sitting in an open box for an hour and then a lid was put on it before bagging it up” cold. How you make people wait this long to give them cold food is actually kind of impressive.The moment Gordon Ramsay makes a new show about large restaurant chain locations failing, I’m writing this location in.

Bad service. No one acknowledges you when you walk in. Girl at the front counter was coloring with a full lobby. I walked in at 12:05 when my food was supposed to be done at 11:59, asked the coloring girl to go see when my food would be done. She said that "everyone's good is going to be 10 15 minutes" and didn't move from her spot or stop coloring. So the wait time is absolutely outrageous. Yall know I'd you told people actually how long their Togo order is going to take, you wouldn't have SO many people WAITING IN YOUR LOBBY. Dude, get it together. There's no one in charge. No one answered the phone, even though SHES COLORING AT THE FRONT COUNTER. The WORST. I would absolutely come here more often if the service was even polite because I like the food. But you can't even order online to avoid contact because of the wait.

It's an IHOP, so you basically know what you are going to get.I had ordered a to go order for pickup. I arrived at the pickup time. The order wasn't ready and I think it hadn't been started. It took another 15 minutes before it was ready.All of the employees were polite and as helpful as they could be.They maintained cheerful attitudes even though a lot of the customers were rude.Corporate needs to work on their online ordering software so that it is more accurate.

Alexia was extremely good at her job. I was sad that i didn’t have extra money on me so that I could’ve given her a bigger tip. She is a great person and amazing at her job, but hopefully she doesn’t expect more good reviews about her since people don’t usually write reviews. Really hope she gets rewarded somehow.

Do not go here if you want service. We were sat and no one spoke to us for 15 minutes. The girl that sat us was sitting behind us the whole time rolling silverware. Never once offered to get us drinks or even let us know why we weren't being helped. I finally just decided to leave and was not going to say anything, but as soon as we got up the girl that sat us got up and took our menus off the table. She knew that we had not been helped and didn't care about that but the instant we get up she grabs our menus. I did talk to a Manger and he was very dismissive. Please don't go to this location.

This location is always packed on the weekends. My experience has been mixed, ranging from cold food and dirty used to serve our food on. This last time the eggs weren't cooked, I wanted over medium Eggs but got served roughly raw eggs with clear runny whites. The waitress did resolve the issue quickly but having to wait about 40+ minutes to get seated just another setback. We will try another iHop Location in the future.
