Horrible service almost choked on my food didnt even get a refill what so ever from the start Waitresses just sitting there complaining about their life while we waiting on drinks trash place if you ask me

Server took forever with our food when we finally received it was cold , they feed like three people before us and we was there before them . Also it took forever for our server to come back to the table I had to ask another worker to help us . Very disappointed

Very nice IHOP. A very hard working staff but short on staff so don’t be on a hurry. The food was well prepared.
This was an interesting day. I was invited to breakfast with a loved one, but where we intended to go, was under construction and we ended up visiting IHOP. Unplanned, but a great change of plans. The Atmosphere at this location was spot on. The Waitress we had was very professional, and genuine, and the food was great. The only issue I had was Where was the Bus Person? Keep the Tables clear, and when you do, don't wipe the seat then the table NOOOO! , Start at the top, work your way down and use different towels for the seat and table, don't cross contaminate, Ugh! Other than that, and considering it was a last minute change, overall I still give it 5 stars.

It could give the 5 stars, but the place is too cold . whenever we go we have to take the children with sweatshirt because the place is too cold. but the food is good, we have never had to wait so long to enter a table.

My son ordered fish and shrimp and said they were good. We ordered the samplers no one ate the eggs. They had a weird taste. Also ham, sausage links were burnt and un eatable. We Will not come back to this Location. Besides everything , at least the restroom was Clean. Our server was Nice As Well.

The food is ok my hashbrowns were cold and pancakes were ok they were warm but Karen mom was in the restroom with their kids and I asked her politely to get out of the boys restroom and she starts screaming at me so she grafted her food and Left so we left
A table with small children were screaming at the top of their lungs, disrupting the entire place. We were told management was NOT allowed to adk them to quiet down. The Mgr was clearly intimidated and made excuses, even as guests chose to leave. I will never return to this ihop

This was the best IHOP experience I've ever had. I don't walk into an IHOP expecting anything but people just going about their lives trying to make a living but I got top quality service today. I wish I had taken a picture because the food presentation was amazing, looked better than on the menu. I was too hungry to slow down and snap a pic sadly. Food was also good. Wouldn't say it was leaps and bounds above any other food I've had but the rest of the experience made it the best meal I've had in months.

Every Monday for the past months my adult son with autism wants a waffle from IHOP for breakfast, part of a routine for him. Every Monday I place an order online, every time I go and pick up the order it’s not ready. I usually wait 15-30 minutes at the restaurant for the order. Today after waiting 15 minutes they tell me that they are out of waffles!

Every time I've been there, it's been a bad experience. They're bad about not wanting to speak to me when they take my order. They always ask my friends, '...and what would he (me) like to order?' Finally, my friends will say, 'He has a mouth and can speak for himself, why don't you look at him and ask him yourself?'
