I worked at Lexington nc ihop before but I had to quit due to some personal reasons bc I had just had a baby end of April and started at the end of June so I had to leave due to personal issues and I called back November 2025 to reapply and the had told me “never call about working here again bye” and that’s discrimination against employeeemnt and I had issues before when I worked there and when I was hired I clearly stated I would be slow at first bc I’d just had a baby and need to go slow bc of having a baby i was a minor at the time now I’m a adult and I would recommend working at ihop in Lexington nc they are very discriminatory

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE even though it’s 2 miles from where I live I go to Ihope almost 5 times a week I am shocked how this place can be called IHOP the service is extremely poor short stuff
I waited long time to be seated after seating waiting more longer for some one to come take our Oder when order arrived never seen the server again to order additional needs
Stuff has no smile at their faces at all
I believe IHOP should have standard stuff requirements for every one seeking to purchase this franchise

I had breakfast at IHOP and was served by Joanne, who was absolutely wonderful. She was welcoming right from the start, attentive without being intrusive, and made sure our coffee cups stayed full. The food came out quickly, and she checked in just the right amount of times to make sure everything was perfect. Joana’s friendly attitude and efficiency made the meal even more enjoyable. I’d definitely come back and ask for her section again!
