How hard is it to order a burger with no lettuce and grilled onions? After 3 different people I finally got no lettuce and raw onions! It’s the first time I’ve had an issue but, really! How many times do I have to repeat myself to 3 different people?

Cheeseburger had to much salt but the fries and iced tea were great.
The burger was overcooked and had no flavor. The fries were all tiny scrub pieces. Service was fine With all due respect, WHATABURGER is far superior,

I was in Dallas last year and I remember hearing people rave about In & Out and so I had high expectations.
I’d say your better off getting Mcdonald’s as the taste is worth the price. This In&Out experience did not scratch the surface for what I was expecting, all in all was a very anticlimactic eating experience. Not worth the money at all. The atmosphere, vibe and aesthetic is pretty cool though.
However I did really love the John 3:16 ‘For God so loved the world, he gave his one and only son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life’, on the bottom of the cups! I am guessing the owner of the franchise is A Christian.

Ok I tried this place for the first time, I admit the burgers are small but packs a big punch with flavor. But it’s only missing one thing tho. The French fries are garbage and very very basic. The only thing they have to do is make the French fries better with more taste and please please at least get bacon added to the menu. The fries will be made fresh, but they get cold fast as hell with no crunch to them. Outside that this is a ok burger joint but I don’t see the hype.
