Whole place is bustling at lunch time and the staff appear to be super efficient! Myron at the front of the house is warm, welcoming, and very attentive to customers. Excellent customer service, he’s gonna go far! Great job all around!

While the drive thru line was around the corner and the line inside was to the door ...my husband and I had no problems ordering our food and getting it within 5 to 7 minutes. It was a packed Sunday afternoon and it probably should have been standing room only everyone was pleasant but it was the staff that was most impressive being slammed slinging one order after another I watched them all and no one ever lost their cool got frustrated or showed any signs of rudeness. Great job everyone

Where I’m from we don’t have in and out burger. But I can tell you it was the best burger I’ve had from a fast food place. Service was amazing, food was ready to go pretty quick. And the pink lemonade was amazing.

i been going here since i was a kid and really didn't have problems but wanted to come here today for the lettuce burger and cheese fries and there was hair in my cheese fries and the lettuce burger made me have a upset stomach and i'm pregnant so this will be the last time i EVER come to this in and out location. very disappointed
Person at the order counter had an attitude and when we get home to eat our food we find out they charged us for 2 fries and only gave us 1 order.
