We had never tried In N Out Burger until today. This location is constantly packed with cars, so we thought we'd check it out. I was surprised by the quality, meaning nothing really tasted fresh. I'm really at a loss because I don't see what the allure is. All of the packaging states fresh, never frozen. However, the hamburger patty was very thin and tasted like a frozen patty. The fries were dry and stale and, even though the packaging claims they are cut fresh every day, they tasted like freezer burnt fries. The best part of the food was the sweet tea and chocolate shake, both were amazing. The service was fast, helpful, and gave off a 1950s vibe. I really wanted to like it, but I doubt we'll be going back. :(

What's not to Love about In-N-Out, the service is always fast and friendly. The burgers are exceptional and the menu is simple. The protein style burgers are my go to with fries and a drink. Simple and consistently done right makes it my personal quick burger stop, I also love the throwback decor and hats the staff wear. Brings back memories of simpler times. So happy they've made it to Texas! Yeah I said it.

Came in right before a rush. Food was made fresh. They had a line to the door, Baylee was very sweet, welcomed me in and did not get stressed out with the line.
Second time trying. The burger was good. I wished the fries had been hotter. I was hungry, so I ate them quickly.

Stopped by this In-N-Out and had a solid experience overall. The driveway is a bit tricky to navigate, but once you’re in, the customer service is great. They were super fast getting our order out, which was a nice surprise. We ended up going inside to place our takeout order since it moved quicker than the drive-thru, and there was plenty of parking to make that easy.

We ordered 2 double and 2 fries through drive thru. When we reached home, my order is missing one fry. That’s not good for first time experience at this location.

Can’t get a simple order right and wanna give me a look like I’m in the wrong. They asked if I wanted to eat it in my car I said no but they still didn’t cover it. Asked for Dr Pepper and got root beer. And I’m not a fan of someone putting a straw in my drink after touching their face and nose. So I asked for a new one. Do better please
