I ordered online and never got my delivery. Do not order online. All they do is process order and take your money. I had to file a dispute with my bank in order to get refunded for an order I never received . Just order crumbl cookies or tiff treats. They’re not scammers like insomia cookies

Most of my cookies were raw and the deluxe cookie which I paid more for was not completely raw. I don't mind waiting as long as it's done correctly. Very dissatisfied.

This is my favorite thing to snack on as of late that salted caramel and carmillionaire is a match made in heaven for me personally. The location on e magnolia is my new favorite but e Berry of the local bakery that got me hooked I spend quite a bit more than I initially intend to spend on sweets but the loyalty program makes up for it with the offers and perks with it. Great place to vibe with your favorite people while enjoying delicious treats too.

I'm having to give a one-star because despite other reviews and their Google listing stating that they're open until 3am, my girlfriend and I arrived at this location an hour and a half before close just for the lights to be on, and the door, locked. It was very disappointing, but given some of the other reviews I've read about their lack of staff and customer service, I can't say I'm surprised at this point.

I ordered a dozen cookies and only got 7! I ordered 4 chocolate chip, 4 chocolate chunk, and 4 m&m cookies for $30!. I only received 4 chocolate chip and 3 chocolate chunk but there were m&m crumbs in the box so I'm pretty sure the driver JOHN ate my cookies, which is disgusting that a stranger put their hand in my box, that wasn't secured by anything either. So I didn't eat any of them!!! Eww

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Insomnia Cookies on Fort Worth's West Berry Street on December 1, 2024. I arrived at 3:12 PM and was greeted by the cashier, Vyn P, from the back. I ordered three cookies, and after receiving them, I took a bite of the chocolate chunk cookie only to find it wasn’t warm. I called Vyn back to address the issue, and she dismissed my concern, stating that “nothing is wrong with the cookies” and that she couldn’t warm them up. There was no effort to resolve the issue, and she walked away without acknowledging my frustration. I had to repeatedly call her name before she came back, and when I requested a refund, she refused.
I then called the Currie Street location and spoke with the manager, Marissa, who was understanding and offered a solution to the inconvenience. While I was speaking with Marissa, Vyn eventually came out from the back and provided my refund.
This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I hope this serves as a teaching moment for Vyn on how to handle customer concerns with more empathy and professionalism. A big thank you to Marissa for her excellent customer service and for attempting to make things right.

The associate who helped me tonight was amazing! Insomnia used to do icing, but has since discontinued it. She was just the best, and so cheerful! We will definitely be having a "Yummy Night"
