Food poisoning from their chicken strips. Thought I'd give them a shot again, despite another location making me very ill. Well, I was wrong. This franchise should be dismantled. Their food is toxic.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had! The cashier did not get my order right, we went back to the counter to see if they could fix it. It we as supposed to be a double patty burger with no pickles. They took the pickles off and made me pay for an extra patty which made my meal came out to be a total of 15$ my husband got the same thing I did with bacon and his meal was 12$. They would not refund the few dollars we paid extra and made us give the whole burger back. Everyone was rude and we will not be coming back. I work in fast food myself and this whole experience was unacceptable! Do better

Got the # 22 croissant sandwichI was willing to pay the set amount. I just wanted to substitute the meat with a hash brownsince I don’t eat pork.But the worker says she couldn’t do that…..I’m pretty sure a serving of meat is more expensive than a hash brown…I don’t understand the reason…I couldn’t write this review until I got home so I had a few bites of the sandwich.But when I first opened the box I literally thought it was only a plain croissant.This is annoying becausethe last time I had a croissant sandwich from here this sandwich had way more egg and cheese, possibly a bigger croissant, not sure, but this here is a poor excuse for a seven dollar combo sandwich.

Update:So after 6 months jack in the box is still giving the run around with getting me my money back, fill out the online complaint form get am email a week later asking if i want a call back from management that never happens then another week later get another email saying when a good time to call would be and again doesn't matter because never get a call or voicemail, rinse and repeat been doing that for 7-8 months now and still have gotten nowhere, and as for the woman that stole my close to 70 in food and 1/2 tank of gas, well i can only hope life came back and stuck a pinecone where the sun dont shine for her, because thats what someone like that deserves for being such a garbage person. What really sucks is the attorney told me that there is little he could do unless i press charges on the locations owner, so that's the next thing, i guess im going to have to look intoThe very heavy-set Hispanicish lady working the drive thru gave my order to her BF in the car infront of me and told me that i would have to take it up with corporate, saying that because my food was given out already she couldnt make my food because it had to be on the screen, im guessing because to make a meal off of the reciept would take more than a single digit IQ. After that she refused to let me speak with the GM and wouldn't give me her name and called the cops because i refused to leave so all in all i am now out almost 70 dollars, the half a tank of gas from sitting in the drive thru for over 2 hours listening to someone with very little mental faculties try to form some semblance of a coherant sentence pretending to have any higher brain function. so needless to say that i will never eat at that trash heap of a store. I will update further when the attorney finishes with their stuff.Kid-friendliness: Probably not. The lady behind the window will probably steal your kid and try to blame you for it

Work at the hospital near by and the same lady who works the night shift (3am) wants to tell me every time I come through the drive thru that "they're only taking doordash orders" or "our card machine is broken and cash only". This has occurred multiple times and very disappointing.

Waited for 20 minutes in a very long line and when I got up to the menu to order the clerk said they are only serving Uber/Grub Hub. I said they need to post a sign out so it won't inconvenience customers and she said "I don't have to do anything". Sorry excuse for an employee!!! Customer service at it's worst. Absolute incompetence.

Employment seem nice but unfortunately several do not speak English and I don't speak Spanish, which obviously makes asking a question or ordering difficulty. The curly cheese fries I order are a different price every time I (used to) go. Food isn't very good, even to Jack in the Box standards.Parking: Parking lot has room but entrance/exit get clogged with drive-thru line and people leaving.
