Every time l come it gets worse and worse. And l reach out to guest relations website and they don’t even bother to help the problems.
Rude staff. Employee named Maria was rude. Yelled at me, and threw my card at me. The food was cold. Do not recommend this location

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone on the staff even acknowledged me. I ordered my food and the cook in the purple shirt kept butting in while the cashier was taking my order Saying to me that burger is going to be 100 dollars repeatedly to me and I ignored him to not cause a scene. When I stepped away from the counter the same guy in the purple shirt kept talking about me to his coworkers saying that I'm a racist?

When I have some cash or change and I need a cheap eat, 2 tacos are the way to go!

For the past 5 months or so I've been under the care of this specific Jack, when I needed lunch. A number 5 or 9. Besides the place being surrounded by homeless it hasn't been terrible. I did only go through the drive thru, but Mrs. Maria, Ms. Jackie and Mr. Steven have taken care of me every time I came thru. They ought to be give a raise. They are nice and attentive. Sadly my project is done in the area. Thank yall.

The ladies there were nice and friendly they offered to help with my order since I couldn't find what I wanted on the kiosk The restroom was locked and I had to ask them to unlock it. But overall everything was great

I visited through the drive thru twice early in the morning, and received Medicare service and good at best. And all within a couple hours, I visited a third time. Except the last time, the dining room was open, so I went inside to find that the restroom was locked. I informed. an employee who told me they hadn't unlocked it yet. I asked if she could and she smiled and said "no". I asked why and she said that she didn't know why. So, asked if I could speak to a manager and she said, "go ahead" and resumed whatever she was found on her cell phone. Eventually another employee told me the manager said not to unlock it. I told her that restaurants that have seating should have a restroom available. She said she knew then repeated that the manager said they couldn't open it. I won't go back.

The food was great. But outside, I saw a homeless man peeing in the parking lot, out in the open, and a lot of ppl were asking for money. I wouldn't take my kid for sure after what i saw.

The manager treats the cashier badly
Look, he hit him on the hand.
And I yelled at him a lot

And the cashier's name is Sunday
They measured 4 wrong orders of fries and hamburger with bad service and no medicine until I got to my house for not checking it before
To be politically correct on people with our homes all over the place coming right up to your window trying to get food and get mad if you’re not paying attention or giving them food something really needs to be done not safe
